This modern and spacious villa can accommodate up to 8 people and consists of 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, to ensure maximum privacy and comfort for all guests. On the ground floor there is a spacious kitchen with dining area and a beautiful view of the private pool. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor, located at the back of the house.
On the first floor there are two separate entrances. One has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom, while the other leads to the living room, kitchen and two bedrooms, one of which has a nice balcony with a view.
Enjoy a refreshment in the private pool, which can also be heated on colder days. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. There are also comfortable sun loungers outside where you can relax with a refreshing drink. A covered pergola provides a shady spot for table tennis and darts, as well as a children's swing and slide, which will be a perfect place for the youngest guests.
We would like to point out that the owners also live there from time to time. Nevertheless, the privacy of the guests is guaranteed, as the owners have a separate room and entrance, which is completely separated from the area for the guests.
