Description
Villa Elodie is a brand new luxury villa for up to 12 people. Villa is located in Medulin, 900 m from the sea.
There are 6 bedrooms in the villa, each with a private bathroom. Our guests can use a private pool, whirlpool, a summer kitchen and covered parking for 4 cars.
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms and on the first floor there are 4 bedrooms.
Each bedroom has a private bathroom and air conditioning unit. Two bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub, and four bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all home appliances and large family table for 12 people.
Villa Elodie in Medulin also offers a barbecue area in the backyard.
Covered terrace features 2 outdoor tables for a total of 12 people. You can enjoy a nice view of the illuminated pool and yard. Spacious balcony offers a view of the quiet neighborhood.
WiFi and SAT-TV are provided free of charge. Towels and bed linen are also provided free of charge. The outdoor toilet, shower, sun umbrellas and sun loungers are available.

Villa is located in a quiet tourist part of Medulin overlooking the quiet neighborhood. Pula Airport is located km from the house. It is 900 m away from the sea, km from the first beach.
The first restaurant and marketplace are 300 meters away from the property. It takes about 10 minutes to drive to Pula. The neighborhood is very peaceful, "tourist" and ideal for families with children who need a vacation without stress.
Medulin is one of the top 3 tourist destinations in Croatia, with its well-known promenade, numerous restaurants, cocktail bars, and beach bars. Sandy beach Bijeca is beloved among families with kids and it's one of the most famous beaches in Istria.
The historical city of Pula is 9 km away, with its lively old town center and popular ancient monuments.
World-known Cape Kamenjak is a short 10-minute car drive away, with crystal blue sea, numerous bays and beaches that Lonely Planet included in the Top 10 Beaches

The whole house is stylized and modernly equipped. The living room has a wonderful art deco fireplace.
Covered terrace features 2 outdoor tables for a total of 12 people. You can enjoy a nice view of the illuminated pool and yard.
Main entrance door are 82 cm wide, the path in the hallway is clear (flat surface) so the person in a wheelchair can enter the bedroom (72 cm) and the bathroom (72 cm) without obstacles.
Private pool, modern styling and lots of space: 270 m2 house, 120 m2 balcony and 600 m2 plot.

Top modern, clean villa in super location
Villa Elodie is equipped with top modern facilities - our whole group was thrilled throughout. In addition, everything is super well-maintained and really impeccably clean. The pool and whirlpool are fantastic. There is even a pool service that carefully looks after the two pools. The outdoor seating is also ideal. The beach and many restaurants are only a few minutes' walk away. We were completely thrilled, which is why we would holiday in Villa Elodie again at any time.
