The price is high, but worth every penny. From the jacuzzi to the steam cooker to the ice maker, everything is available in top quality. The rooms are also absolutely top of the line in terms of design. We had 3 days of bad weather but with all the multimedia equipment that was no problem. If we go to Croatia again, we will definitely choose this location. If I could give it 6 stars, I would

Very well equipped accommodation

House suitable for 2 families. Meets the landlord's specifications. The kitchen is very well equipped. The waste disposal worked great. The best part were the great free bikes provided by the landlord for free!! House for 8 people, 8 bikes would be even better than 5 bikes. I have already recommended the accommodation! The accommodation was great.

Perfect family vacation

We (2 adults + 2 teenagers) were allowed to spend 2 wonderful weeks of vacation in this beautiful house.

The location and equipment of the house are top-notch! We didn't miss a thing. We especially liked the great outdoor area with the jacuzzi, sun loungers, and the gas grill.

With the bikes provided, we went on exploration tours in the surrounding area, for example to the nature park "Cape Kamenjak." The surroundings of Premantura are beautiful, and the town itself offers everything a vacationer's heart desires. Of course, excursions to Pula or Rovinj should not be missed either.

The pre-care by Mrs. Hübner and the on-site support by Dave were excellent.
We would love to come back!

How is the weather in Premantura?

Premantura captivates with its mild climate

Premantura, the southernmost town of Istria, captivates with its consistently warm climate, which allows you to enjoy the wonderfully warm seawater of Istria in one of the natural bays until late autumn. Scientists attribute this to the favorable winds that bring consistently warm breezes and warm water currents. This southern tip of Istria is ideal for a holiday in the winter months. In January, the coldest month of the year, the average temperature is 6.2 °C, and April already has 11 °C, while May can expect 16 °C. The former fishing village of Premantura is a top destination on the Riviera of Medulin for those seeking relaxation and a quiet holiday in beautiful nature. Historians believe that the town was already inhabited in ancient times. Today, the town in the south of Istria captivates with its natural beaches, bays, and forests. South of Premantura, the Cape Kamenjak stretches, a more than 9 km long and 1.5 km wide peninsula and the largest natural attraction of the Riviera. Surrounded by turquoise blue, crystal-clear water, your affordable holiday apartment or holiday home is located in the middle of the Cape Kamenjak Nature Park, which is a unique biosphere reserve with 530 different plant species. There are only a few places in Europe as original as the surroundings of Premantura. The small island of Pomer directly off the coast of Premantura is something for adventurers like Robinson Crusoe, as there is a lonely lighthouse that can be rented during the summer months. A memorable sight of a special kind are the torch jumps in the southern part of the cape. Here, brave locals jump from the high cliffs into the sea at night, holding a burning torch in their hands.
