Cozy 5 + 1 apartment is surrounded by a child-friendly 870 sqm large, open property with trees, flowers and bushes. This spacious apartment (96m2 + big terrace), located in a quiet side street near the supermarket, the butcher autochthonous and autochthonous wine and liquor business and the town center is very comfortable and cozy location (west). Ideal for a quiet family holiday.
The apartment includes 3 bedrooms (2 bedrooms) for 5 persons. Air conditioning is in the apartment. The living room has a sofa bed for 1-2 people, TV and an exit to the terrace. One bedroom has a double bed and a single bed and an exit to the terrace. The other bedroom has a double bed.
The apartment also has a very well equipped kitchen - gas stove, electric stove, refrigerator (icebox), microwave and coffee machine, access to the terrace.

The apartment is located in a private house in a quiet area of Medulin. This spacious accommodation is in a quiet side street near the supermarket, the butcher autochthonous and autochthonous wine and liquor business and the center also. It is very comfortable and cozy location (west). The sea is cca 650 m. Medulin has: the bank, post office, clinic for tourists, a florist, a wine cellar, hairdresser, various shops, jewelry stores, souvenir shops, ... Llo sports and leisure activities: tennis, football, mini golf, bowling, boccie, beach volleyball, Horse riding. There are schools for windsurfing, sailing, diving, horse riding and water skiing. You can motor boats, pedal boats, scooters, bicycles and motorcycles for rent Medulin is a small town at the southern tip of Istria. Medulin is especially popular for its sandy beach. In Medulin there are countless restaurants, cafes and bars. In the vicinity of Medulin is the National Park Kamenjak - this leads to the southernmost tip of Istria. It is the ideal place for families and nature lovers!

Medulin
A beautiful vacation apartment
We were 3 women, 60 plus. Each had her own room. The kitchen was super big. 2 toilets, bathroom, shower. Large terrace. We were very satisfied. Landlord Sascha and parents were great. Thank you very much for the hospitality ❤️ lich

Ferienwohnung Medulin
Schöne, große, sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr nah, zum Sandstrand entweder mit Auto paar Minuten oder zu Fuß ca. 15 Minuten. Medulin ist eine schöne Stadt.

Vacation apartment
The air conditioning is installed in the kitchen. The bedrooms did not receive any cooling.
The hallway would be perhaps better, if that is feasible.
Otherwise, we were completely satisfied. A very well-maintained vacation apartment where everything works perfectly. The landlords were very, very nice.
We did not use the dishwasher because there was not enough dishes in the cabinet for its use. We didn't mind washing by hand (plenty of space available).
We can highly recommend the vacation apartment.

Medulin Urlaub 2018
Der erste Urlaub in Kroatien,
die Ferien Wohnung Nina, kann man nur als SUPER einstufen!
Wir sind ca. 2 Stunden zu früh in Medulin angekommen und wurden vom Vermieter herzlich empfangen, man zeigte uns die Wohnung und erklärte uns dies und das. Sasa und seine Eltern hatten immer ein offenes Ohr wenn es Probleme gab. Sasa nannte uns verschiedene Restaurants, in welchen man vorzügliche Gerichte zu angenehmen Preisen bekam.
Alles in allen, war es ein SUPER-Urlaub und wir werden nächstes gerne wieder die Ferienwohnung mieten.
Viele liebe Grüße von Konstanze, Bernd und den Kindern an Sasa und seine Eltern.

Es war ein super Urlaub
Wir hatten eine sehr saubere gemütliche Ferienwohnung. Unsere Kinder haben den schönen Garten mit dem Steingrill geliebt.
Zum Strand sind wir mit dem Auto 10 min. gefahren. Kein Problem.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 min zu Fuß lidl.
ES WAR EIN SUPER URLAUB.
SASA UND SEINE FAMILIE WAREN SEHR NETT.
NÄCHSTES JAHR FAHREN WIR WIEDER.

Urlaub mit Wohlfühlatmosphäre
Wir waren im Juli/August 2017 mit unseren 3 Kindern in der Ferienwohnung Nina. Nach einer unglaublich anstrengenden Anreise kamen wir spät abends in Medulin an und wurden trotz der späten Stunde sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Vermieter, die mit im Haus wohnen, sind sehr nett und haben immer ein offenes Ohr für Fragen und sind sehr kinderlieb!! Die Wohnung mit 96 qm ist sehr geräumig. Wir konnten jeden Tag auf dem sehr großem Balkon essen und auch zum Wäschetrocknen war genügend Platz! Die Wohnung ist sehr nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Z.B. Lidl oder Plodine gelegen, die man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen kann! Wir fanden die Lage der Wohnung optimal! Von der Musik im Hafen (oft bis 3 Uhr morgens) bekommt man so gut wie nichts mit! Wir haben uns in den drei Wochen sehr wohlgefuhlt und würden jederzeit wiedergekommen! Vielen Dank nochmal an Sasa und seine Eltern und einen besonderen Gruß von Luca !

Einfach Urlaub
Wir waren in diesem Jahr bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge dort. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut augestattet und liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel des doch lebhaften Medulins. Metzger und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke. In etwa 600 m erreicht man einen ruhigen Kiesstrand, den wir mit den Kindern gerne besucht haben. In Medulin selbst ist immer etwas los, die Promenade mit zahlreichen Restaurants, Bars und Geschäften lädt zum Verbleiben ein. Ein ganz besonderer Dank gilt der Familie Leveric, die auf sehr herzliche, hilfsbereite und fürsorgliche Art immer zu erreichen war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Top Ferienwohnung
Wir waren fünf Mädels dort und uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Vermieter sind super freundlich und helfen auch gerne weiter. Der Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke, gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Da uns der Strand vor Ort nicht so gut gefallen hat sind wir immer nach Premantura bzw. in den Nationalpark Kamenjak gefahren. Von der Ferienwohnung sind es mit dem Auto ca. 15-20min. Die Fahrt und die geringe Gebühr, um in den Park zu kommen, sind es auf jeden Fall wert.
Wir würden dieses Ferienhaus auf alle Fälle weiter empfehlen und kommen gerne auch mal wieder hier her.
