Beautiful house in perfect location

It was a wonderful vacation.

The location of the villa is optimal. You can quickly reach both the east coast and west coast, as well as the southern part of Istria. After a short drive (10 - 20 minutes), you can find beaches for every taste.

The accommodation is excellent, the location is perfect for peace and relaxation. Nearby (also within walking distance) there is a small grocery store and a pizzeria. The house is very modern and everything is new. We were with 2 families and there was plenty of space for everyone. But what would the most beautiful house be without a good host? This one was also very hospitable and accommodating.

We felt completely comfortable, and the journey home was very difficult for us.

we are currently here, this villa is furnished with a lot of love, everything is very modern and incredibly beautiful!

The garden is stunning and dreamy, very spacious with shade-giving trees.
The pool is large enough to have fun swimming, the water is very clean and offers a cool refreshment!

The outdoor grill provides a great atmosphere in the evening for cozy gatherings and eating. The village invites exploration, we walked 10km every day and looked at the beautiful villages with their very friendly inhabitants.

We will definitely come back!
The landlords are very nice and helpful in every situation, great people.

For those who prefer a bit more peace, like us, this is the perfect house. We gladly accept a longer drive to the beach. Very clean accommodation, good amenities, and the contact with the landlord Biljana was very nice and uncomplicated. We would love to come back next time.

Huge forest areas invite you to go on extensive hikes, and the landscape is unspoiled. The Loborika riding stable is located near the village, so you can explore nature on horseback. If you ever crave more hustle and bustle, take a detour to the lively Pula.

A very special specialty is the local boškarin cattle, which was on the verge of extinction before being established as its brand. Today, around 2,500 boškarin cattle graze on Istrian pastures, and their meat is a delicacy that can only be prepared in specially approved restaurants. The same applies to Kvarner scampi, which are particularly aromatic. They can only be caught with traps and not with trawl nets, as this would damage their shells.
