Villa Paradise is a newly built modern villa in Medulin.
The large property offers a private pool, a wood-fired barbecue, a fully equipped summer kitchen with a large dining table, a garden and 2 parking spaces.
The accommodation unit is located on the 1st floor and has 3 bedrooms, a living room, a dining room and a small kitchen with basic equipment. All bedrooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning and a TV.
The 4th bedroom with bathroom is on the ground floor. Part of the ground floor is not rented to tourists, as homeowners live there in summer. They do not use the private garden with pool and summer kitchen, as this part is only available to guests.
The villa is equipped with 5 air conditioners, a dishwasher, WiFi and satellite TV.
