The house is basically well equipped. Contrary to the description, the location is not 5 km from the beach but between 15 and 19 km. The coast cannot be reached in 10 minutes, but rather in 20 - 25 minutes if you drive fast.
The house is located directly on the well-travelled Svetvincenat/Bale road, so there is some traffic noise.
Since there is more construction going on in this region, you have to expect a certain amount of noise.
The landlady is very friendly and always easy to reach, in general the accommodation is o.k. and can be recommended.
The prices for 2023 are not in proportion to what is on offer, however, the prices for 2023 are a bit out of proportion in Istria.

From Munich, you can reach your accommodation in six hours, and from Salzburg in four hours. Traveling by plane is faster, with a choice of airports in Pula and Rijeka in Croatia and Trieste in Italy. If you arrive by plane, you can rent a car on site to explore the peninsula. Otherwise, there is a good bus connection between the cities.
