The living room offers you 138cm flat-screen TV, radio, BlueRay player and free WLAN, comfortable seating and a complete kitchenette with dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, pots etc
A children's high chair is available.
The large bedroom has a double bed, plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe and a second TV (109cm screen diagonal). The window can be darkened with an external roller shutter
The smaller bedroom has two single beds, which can also be put together if required. The window has blackout curtains
A travel cot for children can be added for a fee.
The bathroom was renovated in 2018 and now has a shower, toilet and washbasin
The furnished, large terrace faces south-west.
The holiday flat is located on the ground floor.
A free parking space is reserved for you in the parking garage (entrance height 1.90 m) next door
From May to September, a beach chair is available free of charge at the nearest beach.

The holiday flat is located in Haus Granitz and is only a few minutes' walk from the fine, white beach of the Baltic resort of Binz. The town centre and the pier are less than 5 minutes away. You will find numerous shopping opportunities and good restaurants near the holiday flat.
Since the house is located in a well-kept, park-like complex between two streets, you will live here close to the beach and yet quiet.

Schöne Wohnung im Zentrum
Das war eine 1a Wohnung für unsere Familie. Die Wohnung war geräumig, wir hatten alle genügend Platz, was uns wichtig war. Wir konnten sogar noch die Terrasse nutzen.

Platz für Alle
Die Wohnung war ideal für unsere Familie mit zwei kleineren Kindern. Sie hatten ihr extra Zimmer und jeder sein eigenes Bett (zwei Einzelbetten). Wir waren schnell am Strand und zentral zur Innenstadt. Binz ist auch im tristen Herbst wunderschön. Wir haben schon unter Kollegen weiterempfohlen.

Good location for families!
Big and small from our family liked it very much!
The way to the centre and the beach is not far. Nevertheless, the flat is quiet. Of course, the second TV in the bedroom and the free beach chair at the nearest beach were nice.
All in all, a very relaxing holiday in a beautiful flat!

Familienfreundlich
Für uns und unsere kleinen Jungs war die Wohnung super. Die Kids hatten ihr extra "Kinderzimmer" und konnten auch mal einen Meter weg von der Terrasse Seifenblasen o.ä. machen, da die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss lag war es für uns sehr bequem und entspannt sowie die Badewanne .
