Absolute recommendation: Secure feel-good apartment with 60 sqm terrace in Mijas

I spent two months in this beautiful vacation apartment in Mijas and can recommend it without reservation. The apartment is very well maintained, clean, comfortably furnished, and equipped with everything needed for a longer stay.

A major plus is the location in a gated community. This makes you feel very safe at all times. Additionally, the apartment has an alarm system, which is certainly another advantage for those who value it. However, we felt absolutely safe at all times even without using the alarm system and even slept at night with the balcony doors open.

I would particularly like to highlight the beautiful terrace, about 60 square meters in size. It greatly expands the living space in nice weather and is a perfect place for breakfast, relaxing, working, or simply enjoying the Spanish sun.

The on-site support was also excellent. The landlord has two reliable managers on-site, Mike and Marcela, who were always reachable and helped immediately when something was needed. The communication was therefore very straightforward, friendly, and professional.

For me, this apartment was a wonderful place to arrive, feel comfortable, and relax. Anyone looking for a safe, well-maintained, and comfortable vacation apartment in Mijas, with plenty of space, a great terrace, and very good on-site support, is exactly right here. I would come back anytime and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

Upon arrival, the excellent condition of the house stands out. The maintenance condition inside and outside the house is simply top-notch! The rooms are all spotless, and the kitchen is more than complete. Speaking of the kitchen: in addition to the kitchen in the house, there is also an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill. Additionally, by the pool, there is also a spot with a shady lounge. This way, one can also stay by the pool and keep an eye on the children. The house has another terrace. On the upper floor, there is a terrace with a wide view over the bay to the sea. Late in the evening, with a glass of Rioja, a dream place to unwind. The landlords are extraordinarily friendly, we will come back next year!
