The exclusive panoramic villa is situated on a large, enclosed private property and is available for your exclusive use. The pool area is secluded, allowing you to move freely and comfortably while enjoying privacy and tranquility. Sun loungers invite you to relax. For convenient entry and exit, the pool is equipped with Roman steps. An outdoor shower provides refreshment in between. The built-in barbecue grill invites you to cozy barbecue evenings. The spacious garden is laid out with lawns, palm trees, and a variety of Mediterranean plants. A covered parking space for your car is available on the property. Restaurants and bars as well as the town center are about 3 km away, and the sea is about 4 km away. Layout of the villa:
