Modernly furnished, comfortable vacation home in a quiet location. The 4 x 8 meter private pool is equipped with stairs. On the sun terrace there are 6 sun loungers, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. The house has a living area of about 126 sqm a modern furnished living area with dining area, modern SAT-TV/Smart TV and air conditioning, an open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee maker and toaster
The two bedrooms are each furnished with double beds. Another room has a sofa bed for 2 people and another modern SAT TV/Smart TV
The two bathrooms have a shower, sink and toilet. There are fly screens on all windows. A washing machine, clothes horse, ironing board and iron are part of the equipment. Furthermore, the house has an outdoor kitchen with another dishwasher, refrigerator, gas grill, etc.. All rooms have radiators
Parking for a car is available in front of the house in a sun-protected carport

The vacation home is located in a beautiful residential area of Moraira. Moraira is located directly on the sea on the Costa Blanca. The place has managed to preserve its originality despite tourism. A good 300 days of sunshine and the hills protecting to the cool north characterize the climate.

TOP Holiday Home
The holiday home is absolutely TOP. It is richly equipped with everything you need. Everything was very clean. The location is very good. It takes 2 minutes by car to go shopping and 10 minutes to the beach. You can take wonderful excursions and there is a lot to see in the area. The landlord was very nice and helpful. We absolutely recommend the holiday home. Thank you again for everything.
