As always, great!

We are now guests at the Casa Refugio for the umpteenth time. It feels a bit like coming home. The wonderful house, the incredible peace, the island—everything makes you feel rejuvenated right away. We will come back.

Our home in Lanzarote

After a long search, we found our home in Lanzarote in 2019 with Chalet la Mercedes, and since then, we have spent many weeks in the bungalow of our friendly hosts Rüdiger and Isabel each spring and autumn. After Rüdiger and Isabel moved their primary residence from Madrid to Lanzarote in May of this year, we were also able to meet them in person during our last stay in October. Rüdiger, with his reserved, calm, North German demeanor, and Isabel, humorous with her Spanish temperament, were, as in previous years, always available to us for any questions.
Now, regarding the house and the surroundings. These have been accurately described in previous reviews, and we have nothing to add.
We highly recommend the chalet. Guests will not be disappointed and will experience a great vacation in a beautiful house, with a generous pool and outdoor area. We are already looking forward to our next stay in March 2025 and hope to spend many wonderful vacations at Chalet la Mercedes in the coming years. Willi and Karin Sonneborn

Wonderful Holiday in a Beautiful Villa

Wir sind gerade von wunderbaren 3 Wochen in Perla de Mar zurück.
Die Villa selbst ist wunderschön, sie hat alles, was man für den Urlaub braucht, und ist sehr schön dekoriert. Die Betten sind extrem bequem. Wir haben die meiste Zeit im schönen Außenbereich verbracht. Der Pool war fantastisch, eine tolle Größe und wurde sowohl von den Erwachsenen als auch von den Kindern viel genutzt. Er war auch wirklich warm! Er wurde jede Woche vom netten Poolmann gereinigt. Es liegt in einer fantastischen Lage, nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 2 Minuten zu einer Auswahl fantastischer Restaurants, Supermärkte und Bars. Dort finden Sie auch die Bushaltestelle Nr. 30, die Sie bis zur Marina Rubicon bringt und an verschiedenen Standorten entlang des Weges hält. Die Kommunikation mit den Eigentümern war großartig, alles wurde erklärt, und es war kein Problem, sie zu kontaktieren, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Insgesamt hatten wir eine fantastische Zeit und würden nicht zögern, zurückzukehren oder es zu empfehlen. Es ist nur schade, dass unsere Termine für den Sommer 2025 nicht verfügbar sind, aber hoffentlich im darauffolgenden Jahr!
Nochmals vielen Dank, dass wir in Ihrer Unterkunft bleiben durften.
