In the heart of Ampuriabrava is our very well maintained villa Alberes, with large pool and an inviting terrace. The villa stands out for its large conservatory and views of the large terrace and pool. It invites you to relax, spend evenings with family or friends barbecuing, children enjoying the pool. On the first floor there is a well-equipped kitchen, with refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher and coffee maker. The living room is directly attached to it. Furthermore, there is a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A staircase leads to the upper floor. There is another double bedroom with a bathroom with shower and bathtub. In front of it is an open area where there is another sleeping accommodation, either for an adult or 2 children. The 3 sleeping areas have German SAT TV. Villa Alberes has sun loungers in the outdoor area. Meals can be taken either outside or in the conservatory. For sufficient comfort, the house has 2 air conditioners for the summer (optional bookable 50 €/week) and for the cooler days there is a heater and a nice fireplace. Of course there is also a washing machine for the guests. Enjoy your well-deserved vacation in a neat and pleasant ambience. Villa Alberes is located in a quiet residential area about 1 km from the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun and your vacation in peace.

Villa Alberes is located in a quiet residential area about 1 km from the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun and your vacation in peace.
The nearest shops, bars, and restaurants are a 5-minute walk away.
The Muga dam with its adjacent nature reserve, ideal for hiking and biking, is just 5 minutes away. Empuriabrava has the largest marina in Europe with approximately 30 km of navigable waterways (canals) that give the town its distinctive character.
You will find beautiful residential areas, the main shopping street (Rambla), which invites you to stroll, supermarkets, shops, pharmacies, cafes, nightclubs, restaurants, and sports activities. The sandy beach, approximately 2 km long and wide, the clean sea and the picturesque surrounding bays invite you to swim and relax. Relaxation and fun for young and old are guaranteed.
In Empuriabrava, you will also find a sports airport where you can try skydiving and paragliding.
The newly opened wind tunnel invites you to take flight. An unforgettable experience for everyone. Since last summer, there has also been an artificial surf track - fun for young and old!
The city is a starting point for many sports activities such as diving, sailing, jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, kitesurfing, canoeing, tennis, skydiving, karting, golf, mini golf, and bike and car tours.

Great accommodation with super location
The holiday home is only a maximum of ten minutes' walk from the beach and its promenade. The destination can also be reached quickly by bicycle or inline skates. The house is equipped with everything you need, coffee maker, oven or dishwasher, we didn't miss anything. The air conditioning also works great and especially on hot days it helps to keep the house nice and cool. Whether it's a day at the beach or a quiet day by the pool, this house is a great place to enjoy your holiday in Empuriabrava?
