The Villa la Vega, divided into 4 apartments, is very quiet on the outskirts of Tias, a small village, 5 km above Puerto del Carmen. This comfortable, furnished with taste apartment has a large living room, very well equipped open kitchen with dining area, 1 or 2 bedrooms, gorgeous large bathroom, huge terrace with garden furniture and deck chairs. A well-tended, tropical garden surrounds the heated swimming pool, ideal in winter for swimming. Ideal for peace seekers who want to look at the usual beaten track of the distance.

The Villa la Vega is very quiet on the outskirts of Tias, (slope) with breathtaking views. The central location is an ideal starting point for excursions, visit one of the many beaches, cycling, hiking, etc.
In the village of Tias see local restaurants and cafeterias. Shops, supermarkets, organic shop, bakery and butchery.

All our guests receive a 20% discount on the official rate. Our Villa la Vega and apartments are located in the island village of Tias. Population: almost 19000 (with Puerto del Carmen, Asomada, Macher, Masdache, Conil and Vega de Tegoyo). Four Kilomter above Puerto del Carmen, a small Berhang, is the village and our apartment complex with our four apartments.
The municipality Tias has an area of square kilometers of and 200 meters above sea level. The dazugeörgigen the municipality villages are Puerto del Carmen, La Asomada, Macher, Masdache, Conil and Vega de Tegoyo.
Previously, most of the Befölkerung of Tias in agriculture worked, today it is one of the most popular residential areas of Lanzarote. Especially the central and good location, the wonderful climate and the good infrastructure is here greatly appreciated.
From large Supermercado, to Früchterei, fish shop, butcher, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, boutiques, organic shop, etc you will find everything and yet it is quiet and calm in Tias.
Every Saturday morning there will be a farmers market, here sell farmers or hobby farmers their own planted products.
The cafés, tapas bars and restaurants are very popular. Connoisseurs know that it can come in the village vozüglich Tias!

Eight beautiful days on Lanzarote
Pleasant accommodation with hiking trails right outside the door, the local mountain Montaña Blanca and its grietas, canyons dug by rainwater.
Ideally located for excursions followed by a relaxing swim in the pool.
Everything is well organised, communication with the landlady Priska is excellent.
The view and the changing light of Lanzarote remain unforgettable.
