Modern and luxurious villa with large garden and swimming pool, near the beach in very quiet residential area and very close to the center of the village.
The House has 400 m2 of Mediterranean garden, swimming pool and outdoor shower, BBQ, WiFi, heating and air conditioning.
The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a large living room, double covered terrace front and back, a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and laundry. On the floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one en suite, and spacious terraces on both sides. In the front there is a natural source with fish, and in the back area, which is a more reserved area, is the pool and barbecue all surrounded by garden. Decorated with antique and colonial furniture. Bioclimatic House with heating and solar hot water.
Recommended for families and athletes. Villa located in a very quiet and cosy area, integrated in the landscape, surrounded by a garden with native plants of the Mediterranean forest and a small lake with fish. It's like living in the countryside but in an urban environment with access to multiple services, restaurants, shops,... Medical Center and playground at less than 200 meters.

Son Bauló is a nice and quiet urbanisation within Can Picafort, with a great atmosphere during the summer season. Then, if you are looking for a place by the beach which is full of life, this is it. The beach is only 600 metres away, so it is perfect to enjoy a day in the sun and the sand and you can end the day enjoying a refreshing drink in front of the sea. Can Picafort, only 1 km away, offers even more services and beaches of crystalline waters.
Son Bauló is a neighborhood of Can Picafort suitable for hiking, Nordic walking, horseback riding, biking, fishing, diving, sailing and is close to a magnificent natural park "S'Albufera" birding, like the mouth of Son Bauló torrent. Prehistoric sites such as the Necropolis of the Phoenicians more than 3,000 years old or visiting the public estate of Son Real. This will make your holiday an idyllic and unforgettable experience.

Personal welcome is given to the clients with presentation of the house and recommendations of the area. We will be available to customers for any questions during the stay. Weekly linen change and general cleaning, also the maintenance of the garden and pool.
Eco-tax Tax will be calculated according to reservation and it is paid in cash the arrival day. There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between €/night and guest during the low season and €/night and guest during the high season and is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
The house has an accommodation capacity of 8 or 9 people. it includes chair and cot for babies. Extra bed on request.

Thank you very much, Miquel, for this wonderful vacation in your villa. We arrived with 5 adults and found a filled fridge containing everything needed for the first few days: bread, cold cuts, drinks, etc. The lavish fruit basket was accompanied by a bottle of red wine. The charcoal and lighter for the grill were ready to use. The house is very spacious, the rooms were all very clean. The garden with terrace and pool is a small paradise. We used the villa as a base for activities. Shopping and beaches were easily accessible either on foot or by car. During the day, we were out exploring, and in the evening, we were in this oasis of well-being. An additional highlight was the morning feeding of the "Tortugas" who roam freely in the garden. For these reasons, Miquel receives full points for his exceptional and extremely likable hospitality. Heartfelt thanks from the 5 visitors from Bochum.

Beautiful Finca,
Hello Miquel, thank you for letting us stay in your vacation home. We were 4 adults, 3 teenagers, and a dog. Hospitality is emphasized here, with the fridge stocked and charcoal and lighter ready for the grill. The house is very clean and nicely furnished. The beautiful beach is just a few minutes away. There are shopping possibilities nearby, and parking is available right outside the house. The landlord, Miquel, is very warm-hearted. Thank you for the wonderful vacation. Best regards, Maria

Super farmhouse great host
A very beautiful and clean country house.
Fully equipped kitchen. We often walked to the beach. Quiet neighborhood.
The landlord was very friendly and explained everything to us in detail. All inquiries were promptly answered via WhatsApp.
Recommended!
We will definitely come back!
PS... we found the turtle between the palm trees!

Very, very relaxed week
Dear Miquel, with my partner and our a total of 3 adult children, we were able to enjoy your vacation home in a very relaxed way. Everything was available ... pool, terrace (we even sat there during a thunderstorm because there were 2 curtains that could be anchored to the ground) and plenty of space for all of us. The shopping could be done quickly because there were quite a few shops that we could reach quickly by rental car. Due to the proximity to the beach, we were able to easily reach all the restaurants on foot, and we also used the grill twice.
All in all, a very successful holiday week with lots of variety - visiting Can Picafort and other places, as well as a tour with a rented boat (without a license!) in the harbor for 5 hours.
Very, very gladly again ...

Pure deceleration
Thank you so much Miquel for a wonderful holiday in your villa. We arrived with 5 adults and found a filled fridge that contained everything you needed for the first few days. Bread, sausage, drinks etc. The opulent fruit basket was flanked by a bottle of red wine. The barbecue charcoal and lighter were at the ready
The house is very spacious. The rooms were all very clean. The garden with terrace and pool is a little paradise. We chose the villa as a starting point for excursions. Shopping facilities and beaches could be easily reached either on foot or by car. During the day we were out and about, in the evening we were in the oasis of well-being.
An additional highlight was the morning feeding of the "tortugas", which are allowed to move freely in the garden.
For these reasons, we give full marks to the very obliging and extremely friendly Miquel. Many thanks from the 5 Bochumers.

Beautiful finca with excellent service
Hello Miquel,
Thank you so much for allowing us to vacation at your place. We were guests at Villa Es Baulo Pleta with 4 adults and 4 small children. Hospitality is highly valued here. Upon arrival in the evening, the fridge was stocked, a fruit bowl and homemade cake were on the table. The house is very clean, well-maintained, and nicely decorated. The pool is clean and the children had a lot of fun playing in the garden. Charcoal and lighter fluid were even provided for the barbecue. The beautiful beach is just a few minutes away. There are shopping options nearby and parking is available right outside the house. The location is very peaceful, perfect for a relaxing vacation. We didn't miss anything and we have no criticisms. The contact with the landlord is very warm. Thank you for the wonderful vacation.
