We absolutely fell in love with our stay at Belvilla by OYO Casa Happinez! The villa was spacious and the private pool was a perfect retreat after a day of exploring. We enjoyed barbecuing in the garden while the kids had fun in the pool. The nearby supermarket made it convenient to stock up on essentials. Highly recommended for family vacations!

The pool was empty, the owner informed us at the moment of handing us the keys, that it was for maintenance reasons. But the pool was one of the reasons we chose the house - so having the pool empty has been a disappointment for everyone, and the owner told us "it's not hot enough to swim," when that's a matter for each person, and I assure you that the kids would have swum, it was hot. HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT.

Totally mis-sold the property in the voucher sent to us was not the property we were taken to, our first booking was cancelled by belvilla and were told they had upgraded us,it was totally a different location, stunk of sewage,a rat run for cars till three in the morning, people congregating in the street shouting and drug dealers on every corner, we stayed only one night and are emailing belvilla to complain, also still owed our refund from the first apartment booking, discraceful, looked like Hammas outside.
