Fantastic finca in Santa Margalida

This cosy finca in Santa Margalida can accommodate up to 4 people.

It has a living - dining room next to the pool.

Luminous downstairs, with two comfortable sofas, tv with satellite, dining area and american bar. Fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob.

There are two bathrooms, both with shower.

On the upper floor are the two bedrooms, the access to the bedrooms on the upper floor is with the outside staircase.

One of the bedrooms has a double bed and the other has two single beds.

There is air conditioning in both rooms.

What will make you fall in love with this accommodation is the outside area, a large porch with outdoor furniture, a dining area and a built in barbecue for you to enjoy pleasant meals.

There is also a wonderful chill out area to relax.

Private pool for swimming on sunny days and sun loungers and deckchairs ready for use.

IMPORTANT:

- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge a tourist tax, in which case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.

- Electricity included.

- Air conditioning and heating cost according to consumption. (0,30 €/kW)

Beautiful finca

The Finca Ballester is completely quiet and secluded, yet you can reach all supermarkets around Can Picafort and the beach El Muro by car within 15 minutes. The Finca is spotless; everything you need is available. The pool is nice and large, and everything is well-maintained. We will definitely come back.
