The reality corresponds to the description. The apartment is centrally located. The transportation infrastructure (bus/metro) is optimal.
The view from the terrace over the rooftops of the city including the nearby Sacrada Familia is impressively beautiful.
The good bakery right in the building, the grocery market around the corner... what more could you want?!

The on-site supervision was helpful and friendly, the accommodation was cozy and very centrally located. The immediate proximity of metro and bus is very good. I would definitely visit the holiday apartment again and also recommend it to others.

Great "home" on holiday

We, my husband and our two almost grown-up children, enjoyed a week in Premia`deMar in autumn.
This special holiday home was the ideal location for us to get to know and love Barcelona. We could go into the hustle and bustle every day ( optimal connection with the train- directly along the sea) and looked forward to our beautiful home" in the evening. There we could let the day's exhilarating experiences sink in with a glass of wine in the cosy courtyard, or enjoy an evening stroll by the sea. The house is very lovingly furnished with a good eye for detail and spotlessly clean
We received valuable and helpful information and recommendations from the very nice landlord. We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt very comfortable - almost like being with friends.
There are good shopping facilities for daily needs in the direct vicinity: bakeries, supermarket, organic food shop and boutiques, as well as sunny street cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
So, an all-round perfect week in a great" home"on holiday.
Thank you dear Mr. Rücker for the opportunity - we will be back :-)
