Estepona harbor reachable in 5 min. by car. Also accessible on foot, 40 min walk. At 2.1 km the nearest beach (28 min. on foot) Playa de Guadolobón, accessible via the pedestrian bridge over the A7. The most popular beaches nearby Playa de la Rada 4.3 km, Playa del Cristo at 3.1 km. Estepona old town reachable in 10 min by car. For those who enjoy walking, it is also possible to park at the harbor and then walk along the promenade (Paseo Maritimo de Estepona) to the old town. Our apartment is located in an urbanization called Habitat Valle Romano with a total of 7 residential blocks, equipped with an underground parking garage where we have 1 private parking space available. You can reach our apartment on the 1st floor via the stairs or elevator. Between the blocks you will find the beautiful swimming pool which is accessible to you. You can use the available gym and social room. For the little ones among us, there is a small playground provided. There is also a pétanque court; if you wish to use it, we provide a set of balls which must be returned complete at check-out. Ask about it upon arrival if interested.
Our casa is equipped with a spacious cozy living room with oval table and 6 chairs, comfortable sofa, smart TV, wifi available, as well as air conditioning in the bedrooms and kitchen-living room.
Kitchen fully equipped as at home, Dolce Gusto coffee machine with capsules, toaster, oven, microwave, stove, air fryer, kettle, dishwasher, large fridge and freezer, all nicely finished in stainless steel.
Bedrooms 3, 2x with double bed, 1x with 2 single beds.
Child’s bed and high chair available.
Bathrooms 1 en-suite with master bedroom and another separate for the other two bedrooms, both equipped with hairdryer.

The terrace is equipped with two large awnings that can be opened in the summer months to create shade. Above the lounge there is a large parasol.
There is a small room to the right of the entrance with washing machine, ironing board, steam iron, 2 laundry baskets and drying rack. In addition, all cleaning materials. An electric stick vacuum cleaner in the living room within easy reach.
We also have non-paid available parking around our blocks.
