Weekend trip, two nights. The check-in was quick and the instructions were clear. The apartment had air conditioning, which was very pleasant at night. The kitchen had everything from a dishwasher to a toaster, making cooking easy. The bed was comfortable and the living area invited relaxation after walks through the city.

The location and the apartment met our needs, but the check-in process was quite deficient. It was managed by external staff using a poorly rated app, which required us to upload our passport details to receive access codes. This crucial information was not communicated in advance, and we faced difficulties contacting support. One of their representatives hung up, while another was more helpful. Ultimately, we had to go through several channels to gain access, which resulted in a frustrating experience.
