The holiday house has approx. 50 m2 living space and a approx. 10 m2 large balcony with sea view.
The open living room is complemented by a high-quality kitchen, as well as two bedrooms and a new bathroom.
The kitchen is well equipped, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, oven, ceramic hob for cooking, coffee machine, toaster, mixer, and sufficient dishes and glasses.
The larger bedroom is newly furnished, the bed is 160cm wide and 1,90m long.
A living/dining area.
With direct access to the balcony. This one invites you to have breakfast and relax
You can also watch the cruise ships passing by.
The bathroom is new and equipped with a large shower.

This family-friendly holiday home is situated in a beautiful and unique location above Cala Morisca in a still original urbanisation between Tossa de Mar and Lloret de Mar. 50 m2 of living space and a 10 m2 balcony with sea views. The open living space is complemented by a high-quality kitchen with dishwasher, as well as two bedrooms and a new bathroom. The house has a central heating. The 10 sqm balcony of the house opens the view to the tranquil bay Cala Morisca. This can be reached on an adventure path in 15 minutes by foot. It is also known as a smuggler's bay and worth a visit. The larger but original Cala Canyelles can be reached in 2 minutes by car. Here you will find the boat harbour, a beach bar, the restaurant Cala Canyelles.

The house is also particularly suitable for senior citizens. Walks in our green oasis with or without dog invite to pure relaxation.

In the closer environment approx. 2 km you find various supermarkets for the daily need. Also Aldi about 5 km. in Lloret de mar and Lidl
The cities Tossa 5km and Lloret 4km offer with numerous shopping and entertainment possibilities also everything what the young vacationer heart desires
At the beach of Cala Canyelles, km away, you can let the wind blow around your nose during numerous water sports activities or take a leisurely stroll in the small picturesque marina of the bay. From here you can take the boat to Tossa or Lloret de Mar to enjoy the Costa Brava from the water. For the youngest in the family you will find Waterworld, Marineland, a go-kart track and much more within a radius of 15 km. Lloret has a new casino.
At the house itself they spend a relaxing holiday far away from the daily hustle and bustle.
The Costa Brava with its rugged rocky coast, turquoise waters and friendly Catalans will delight you. Numerous hiking trails along the rocky coast promise unmistakable impressions.

A completely successful vacation

We were warmly welcomed by the hosts Edith and Werner. It was our annual vacation and we felt very very comfortable. Everything was clean. Super comfortable clean beds, a great bathroom with a walk-in shower. Absolutely sufficient for a family of 4. We will definitely come back... and send warm greetings from Löhnberg. Thank you for the wonderful 10 days.

The house is very well equipped, very clean ,in a good location close to nice beaches, restaurants and a shop. Nice housekeeper ,with whom there is a good contact. Our best holiday. Only recommend!

We can recommend it 100%! Great house, very clean and well maintained! Beautiful large terrace with a view of the sea? The surrounding area is quiet and invites you to relax... Shopping facilities easily accessible by car in the immediate vicinity.... The owners of the house are very hospitable and very, very kind to children... For us as adults and also for our children, it was a wonderful holiday that we will not soon forget and we will definitely come back the year after next! All we can say about this holiday home is: 1a!
