We had a very nice and relaxing week at Casa BON SOL and felt very comfortable there. Particularly noteworthy are the good value for money, the quiet and relaxing location, as well as the beautiful pool and the practical outdoor kitchen – perfect for simply enjoying time relaxed at the house. A big thank you also goes to the very nice and helpful property manager, Ms. Köckeritz, who welcomed us warmly and was available at any time for questions.

We also really liked the surroundings. There are many beautiful beaches and a great landscape. For those who want to do something besides relaxing, Alicante and Valencia are interesting cities within reach.

Overall, we can definitely recommend Casa BON SOL and would come back. The only small downside: The interior is somewhat outdated in places and could use a refresh here and there. However, this hardly tarnished our overall very positive impression.

Conclusion: A lovely accommodation for a relaxing holiday – clear recommendation! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Great family vacation in a dreamy holiday apartment

We had a very nice 4 weeks in this great, spacious, and cozy vacation apartment. Above all, we enjoyed the dreamlike sea view from the balcony every day anew. Whether for breakfast or dinner, you just can't get enough of this wonderful panorama. Since the apartment is so comfortably furnished and has a very modern kitchen, you almost feel at home. We also enjoyed using the garden with the pool very much, as it offers a welcome, quiet retreat from the well-visited beaches nearby. Furthermore, the marina as well as restaurants and shopping options are easily reachable on foot. We really enjoyed the vacation and would gladly return for another holiday.

We were accommodated as a family with 2 children in the house for 10 days in August. Advantages:
- good location for explorations by car, short distance to the bays
- clean and quiet facility with a well-maintained pool, well-suited for small children and never overcrowded/pleasantly quiet
- very good amenities in the house with everything needed daily, many towels, air conditioning and ceiling fan in the bedrooms as well as a ceiling fan in the living/dining area
- Mr. Brauckhoff helped directly with questions
- grilling option is great

Negatives:
- Nothing to complain about. Thank you for everything. :)
