You can expect a tasteful holiday villa with spacious premises in a very good, beachfront location of Javea. The terrace on the first floor offers a magnificent view of the city of Jávea, the Montgo mountain, the sea, as well as on the adjoining mountain ranges. The balcony of the second, upper bedroom also has sea views (to the lighthouse Cap San Antonio). Villa Giulia was renovated to a high standard in 2013. Large bedrooms with new air conditioners (above), beautiful new bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) are at your disposal. The Mediterranean designed, 740 sqm plot with private pool offers maximum relaxation for your relaxing holiday. The pool and terrace areas face south and provide sun all day long. Nevertheless, all leisure destinations such as restaurants, shops, the promenade and the beach can be reached quickly on foot, bus and car. The dive spot Cala Blanca (white rock coast) can be reached on foot in 1100m. From there you can continue along the coast to the sandy beach (Arenal). By car you need 4 minutes to the areanalstrand. There are numerous restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, bars and various shops. In the covered carport for 2 cars your car is well protected in the summer months from the midday heat.
Enjoy your holiday hours in the spacious glazed naya (covered and sheltered patio area), the illuminated private pool 8m x 4m or on the large terrace with stunning mountain and sea views. A jacuzzi tub in the main bathroom, as well as a nice walk-in shower in the second bathroom completes the interior design. The 3 spacious bedrooms (2 with air conditioning) can accommodate up to 6 people. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking and dining utensils.

Javea, is not only one of the most beautiful places in Spain, but also looks back on a centuries-old history. This small town, nestled between the Cabo de La Nao and San Antonio, lies at the northern end of the Costa Blanca. The harsh beauty of the landscape is characterized by the Mediterranean climate, which is protected by the continental winds through the Montgó mountain range. The landscape is varied. Both on the coast and inland, a spring-like climate dominates throughout the year (mean temperature 18ºC). The city itself is beautifully landscaped and offers an interesting offer for tourists. Nevertheless, Javea has managed to preserve the charm of the Mediterranean villages.

Everything is great
We had a very nice vacation with 2 children and 3 adults. Due to the hillside location, the view extends to Montgo, Cap St. Antonio and all of Javea. 2 picturesque beaches and Cabo de la Noa are relatively close. By car, you can quickly reach the beach or the supermarket. Javea is really beautiful. With 2 floors and the covered area next to the pool, the house is huge. The children counted the number of seats and tables incredulously and came up with 5 or 6. The equipment leaves nothing to be desired - better than at home, for example with a brand new gas grill or with all the details of a kitchen equipment but also with mosquito protection / shutters / burglar protection on windows and doors everywhere. The pool, like the rest of the house and the terraces, was super clean. Our contact with Mrs. Pauke and a German-speaking service on site was very nice. I can only say completely satisfied - gladly again and absolutely recommendable.

Beautiful villa with pool
Hello, we are a family with a father, mother, 15-year-old daughter, 12-year-old son, and a small dog. We can highly recommend the vacation house without any concerns! Beautiful clean pool and well-maintained property! A real plus is the covered parking space for the car.
The house itself is in impeccable condition and very, very clean!!!
Three decent bedrooms and 2 clean bathrooms. The kitchen was brand new when we moved in and there is nothing missing: glasses, plates, pots, pans, cutlery.... Everything is available in abundance!
I can recommend the bed linen and towel package to everyone, so you don't have to worry about anything!
German television is also available, just like at home! We all felt very comfortable and can definitely recommend the property!!!

Relaxing family holiday
We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing holiday in the holiday home as a family with two teenagers. Everyone was able to relax in their own way. Whether swimming in the pool or chilling out with the appropriate Wi-Fi. There was something for everyone. We wanted for nothing in and around the house. It is well equipped. The contact with the landlords is great. Even during Corona, we always found an open ear and an individual solution
The infrastructure with shopping facilities and restaurants was great. The sandy beach is about 5 minutes away by car.
