Welcome to Casa Playa y Mar. The comfortable holiday home offers generous space for 4 people on approx. 100 sqm of living space. A dog is also welcome. The detached holiday home is located on a Mediterranean plot of approx. 700 sqm. The garden is completely enclosed and has a private pool of approx. 30 sqm with Roman steps for easy access and an outdoor shower. The comfort house has two double bedrooms (with air conditioning cold/warm), shower room with WC, guest WC, a spacious living area with open kitchen, conservatory with dining room, high-speed WLAN (600Mbit), 55" Smart-TV (SAT), gas central heating, washing machine, car carport, large parking space (suitable for motorhome up to 7 m) on the lockable property. Mediterranean garden with oleander hedges and a proud palm tree, large terrace and several seating and lounging areas, large pergola with movable shade, barbecue and sunny roof terrace with unobstructed view.

The holiday home Casa Playa y Mar is located in a quiet residential area of Els Poblets, a small Spanish municipality near the historic harbour town of Dénia with the picturesque old town and the Castillo. The beach is only 700 m away.
The "German corner" (Carlo's Delicatessen with German food, Strudel Cafe) as well as small bars and restaurants are within walking distance.
Enjoy the nearby sea for water sports, beach hiking or chilling in small beach bars, hike the hinterland with grandiose views or stroll in the winding alleys of the Mediterranean coastal towns.

| Electricity costs all year round according to meter reading at departure (0.45 kw/h). The holiday home has gas central heating in the living rooms. Billing according to consumption. Deposit as well as the rent for bed linen and towels are to be paid on arrival on site. Special prices are available on request for bookings of 2 months or more. The heating and hot water costs are then charged according to consumption. A dog is welcome. It is not allowed to lie on sofas or beds or in the pool. |

Fantastic holiday home with beautiful views of the mountains.
From the moment of booking until the day of departure, we had very good contact with Stephanie. Always well informed and during our stay, we also noticed that the house, the garden, and the pool are very well maintained. The friendly caretaker had an answer to all questions. Part of the fence in the garden blew over. After reporting this, it was immediately repaired the next day.
The house is very well equipped, there was truly nothing missing. The garden is a lovely place where there is always a spot in the sun. We enjoyed it!

Ik denk hetzelfde over de tuin - je kunt overal de perfecte plek vinden om te ontspannen, in de zon, in de schaduw of beschut tegen de wind. Dankzij de muren en heggen kun je genieten van je privacy in de tuin, die is afgeschermd van inkijk. We kijken ernaar uit om je weer te zien!

Vacation House Playa y Mar.
We stayed for the first time in the winter months (January/February) in Els Poblets and chose Villa Playa y Mar. That was a very good decision. The holiday home fully met our expectations, it was very clean and lovingly furnished. The equipment left nothing to be desired and the outdoor area was well maintained. Upon arrival, we were greeted and briefed directly by the caretaker on site. We also stayed in contact with the owners and received good tips. It was important for us that our motorhome could be parked in the enclosed area of the property. The location of the house is very well suited for bike tours, beach walks, and restaurant visits, for example, to Denia. We will gladly come back!

Great location, great weather, great vacation.
My wife, our two children and I had a short but very nice stay in this house. We planned to travel from the east to the west coast of Spain in October and came across this beautiful property.
The house is in a great location in Els Poblets, within walking distance of the small village and just a few minutes' walk from the beach. There are also a few restaurants in the village or towards the beach.
The pool is wonderful, our children were able to swim in it and I could do a few laps every morning.
The rooftop terrace left us speechless. We sat there every morning and drank our coffee while watching the sunrise. At this time, the sun rises just next to the Montgo in Denia, a beautiful setting.
The bedrooms, as well as the rest of the living area, were very well equipped. We had a room with a double bed and the children each had a single bed.
We will definitely come back. Next time, we might bring a bit more time with us.

A wonderful vacation - we will gladly come back ?!
We felt comfortable at Casa Playa y Mar from the first moment. The private pool, the rooftop terrace from which you can watch the sunrise, and the well-equipped house in a quiet location left nothing to be desired. We made wonderful trips to the mountains and the surrounding cities and relaxed on the miles-long, uncrowded beaches. The modern smart TV and stable WiFi are also notable. A completely successful and varied vacation! We will gladly come back.

Supers vacances
Un très beau lieu de vacances, proche de Dénia. La maison est très propre et confortable, aussi bien à l'intérieur qu'à l'extérieur avec une superbe piscine et un joli jardin !
