The detached holiday home for 4 people behind locked gates has two bedrooms (double bed 180x200 or 140x200), a friendly shower room and a cozy living room with satellite TV. The rustic kitchen is fully equipped, for the summer months is an outdoor kitchen available. The dining area is located in the porch (conservatory) overlooking the large terrace and the front garden. The living area of the house has a total of about 70 square meters. In addition, there an apartment for max. 2 people (about 20 square meters) with separate entrance. It consists of a bedroom with double bed (180x190cm) with satellite TV and shower-bath. All rooms have air conditioning, all windows are fitted with fly screens. Internet access (WLAN) available.

Location and surroundings of object
The family-friendly bungalow "Casa Bon Sol" stands on a hill in the urbanization Benimeit in peaceful surroundings. The distance to the city and to the beach is about 3 km and is manageable for Trained well without a car. Approximately 1000 m from the house there is a small supermarket, a newsagent, a German bakery and several small, nice restaurants.
The house is on a 700 m² fenced in property in Mediterranean garden and is fully completed. An access gate ensures the safety of your car, which can be easily parked in a parking space within the plot. Moraira is an idyllic fishing village with many local and international restaurants, bars and shops in typical Spanish streets. It overlooks the sea and has several next to a beautiful beach promenade wonderful sandy beaches and secluded coves. It is surrounded by hills, mountains and vineyards. To see the summer the possibility for water sports and recreation at the sea and in the cooler season perfect conditions for walking and cycling, but also many excursions to neighboring tourist attractions.

Casa Bon Sol means "House Good Sun" in English.
Very nice holiday home located about 2.5 km from Moraira. We liked it very much because we were there with our 4-legged friends. Large plot, completely fenced and enough space for the dogs. The house has 2 bedrooms equipped with very good mattresses. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, so you can leave the windows open 24 hours a day. Furthermore, the house has air conditioning in every room, which provides relief in high temperatures. We will definitely choose this accommodation again!!

Mega contact with the owner as well as with the on-site manager! The house has a simple but clean equipment, which is more than enough for the holiday season.
The private, large pool leaves nothing to be desired!
We were also not there for the first time and certainly not the last time!
We are already planning for next year!
All in all, mega nice owner, mega nice management that was always available for everything.

Holiday home with lots of charm
My wife and I spent our vacation in Spain in June at Casa Bon Sol in Moraira.
The house has a lot of charm and is very well equipped. On the beautiful Mediterranean property there is a well-maintained swimming pool with sunbathing area, several terraces, and a lovingly designed brick barbecue, where we prepared delicious meals. The small rooftop terrace with a great view of the sea and a small awning invites you to read and relax.
We really enjoyed our stay and can highly recommend the beautiful house and property. We will definitely come back. It was simply fantastic at Casa Bon Sol, in the town of Moraira and its surroundings.

Beautiful holiday home
We spent a relaxing week in this beautiful holiday home. Breakfast on the terrace, afternoons by the pool, aperitifs on the roof terrace :-)
The equipment is very good. If you like, you can cook in the well-equipped kitchen
Moraira is a nice place with a beautiful coast and partly very quiet beaches

Urlaub Bon Sol
We stayed at the Bon Sol holiday home for a week.
It is ideal for a family vacation with its terraces, pool, and garden.
The facilities inside and outside the house were to our complete satisfaction.
The holiday home is very well located for daily trips to the beach or nature.
We had pure relaxation as the house is located in a quiet urbanization.

Super nice holiday home in a quiet location
The holiday home is fully furnished. Nothing is missing. The pool is an absolute highlight.
A supermarket is within walking distance, and it takes about 5 minutes by car to reach the sea and Moraira. Unlike Calpe and Benidorm, Moraira is an idyllic place with many restaurants and a beautiful beach. The on-site support by Sandra Brück was also perfect. We would love to come back.

Very nice cozy house to feel good.
We spent part of our holiday in this beautiful, cozy house. We were warmly greeted and accommodated by the caretaker of the house. The house reflects German cleanliness, is well-maintained, and the guest has everything they need. There are three terraces around the house where you can always find a sunny or shady spot. Sufficient tables and loungers are also available. The town and harbor of Moraira are not far from the house, and are also within walking distance. The two beaches in Moraira are particularly beautiful. The housekeeper is always available and happy to assist every guest. For us, it was the perfect relaxation and we can recommend this house to everyone.

The finca is very well equipped, perfect for self-caterers. A beautiful outdoor grill, very nice pool. Anytime again. Only downside: the beds, new or more comfortable mattresses would be nice.

Very nice and relaxed family vacation
Very nice holiday home with great well-kept outdoor area and top-notch pool.
Well-equipped kitchen as well as outdoor kitchen and barbecue area. Everything was very clean.
Here you can unwind and simply forget about everyday life, while the children can play in the pool.
Distance to the beach in Moraira 3km: great town with all amenities.
Everything met our expectations.
