The luxury holiday apartment "Vista del Mar" has an excellent view and location. With the sea only a 10 minute walk away (you can hear the sea rushing), you can enjoy the complete beach life. Because of the proximity to the old town of Malaga (15 minutes by car) you can visit the gourmet and museum city and enjoy the interesting nightlife. The accommodation is about 200m² and has its own pool, garden and entrance. Most impressive is the view of the Mediterranean Sea and the skyline of Rincon. On a clear day you can also see Africa. You are in a quiet urbanization, close to the pulse of life yet secluded. It is very child friendly. The apartment is on one floor
The outdoor facilities (approx 200m²) are for the sole use of the tenants and are on one level with the luxury apartment. Here you will find the pool with lawn, the terrace with a dining table for 6 people, a lounge corner and the outdoor kitchen with barbecue. A pergola provides sun protection. The panoramic view is breathtaking.
The pool is on the same level as the living/dining room and is a quasi-extension of the living room. It measures approx. 8x4m and offers 180 degree unobstructed panoramic views of the Bay of Málaga, Rincon de la Victoria and the Mediterranean Sea.
As the apartment is situated on a hill of 110m you have a magnificent view (180 degrees) to the Mediterranean Sea, with a good view to Africa and Gibraltar and to the bay of Málaga including the harbour. If there is wind you can watch the kite surfers at the height of the apartment. In the morning and in the evening you can watch the fishing boats on their way to the fishing grounds, as well as the arrival and departure of the cruise ships. You can watch the hustle and bustle on the beach and hear the waves crashing.
The living room, dining room and kitchen form a large space of over 100m² with large panoramic windows, various recreational games (billiards, table football game, etc.). Here you will also find the 70 inch TV with all German channels and a stereo system. From all points in the room you have a panoramic view.
The dining room consists of an extendable large wooden table with 4 chairs. There is also a couch in the dining room which can be converted into a double bed if required. From the dining table you have a wonderful view.
There are 2 bedrooms. One bedroom is about 20m². It has a large built-in wardrobe, a small anteroom with a couch and a mirror. The bed is 2x2m. From the bed you have a view of the Mediterranean Sea. The access to the bathroom is directly in the bedroom (en-suite), as well as the access to the living room
The second bedroom is 25m² and has a double bed, a double couch, a wardrobe, a mirror and 2 bedside tables with a lamp each. From the bed you look out onto a mountainside.
The kitchen forms a unit with the living/dining room (approx. 100m²) and has the following equipment: fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, coffee machine, blender, wine cabinet, water dispenser and all necessary small electrical appliances.

Rincon de la Victoria is a municipality in the western corner of the Comarca de la Axarquia, in a privileged spot of the Costa del Sol. The progressive tourism in recent years and the possession of historical treasures means the turn to an important tourist destination and an excellent residential and holiday resort. This municipality has 27.51 km² and is made up of four residential areas. Cala del Moral; Rincon de la Victoria, Torre de Benagalbon and Benagalbon. The borders are: to the north Moclinejo and Macharaviaya, to the northwest Totalan, to the west is Malaga and to the east is Velez-Malaga. Rincon has very good communications by motorway with the main cities in Andalusia and is about 15 minutes from Malaga airport. The economy of the municipality depends on tourism, although fishing and agriculture should not be forgotten. The visitor will find in Rincon de la Victoria a modern town, where a mixture between tradition and recent development can be found Welcome to Rincon de la Victoria, Puerta de la Axarquia, the gateway to the Axarquia.
To know Rincon de la Victoria better, you must first visit the house Fuerte de Benizmiliana. It is one of the best buildings in the military architecture of the XVIII century. Carlos III decided to build it. It served as protection, because this area was full of English and Dutch pirates. Nowadays the house has been renovated and is used for exhibitions. The halls are world famous because very famous artists exhibit their works here. In Oficina Comarcal de Turismo you can get information about the opening hours of the exhibitions. An unmissable visit is the hiking trail to the old watchtowers. The Torres Almenaras have been recently renovated and are located in Cantal and in Torre de Benagalbon. You will also have a great time at the towers in Funez and Albendas de la Victoria also has the famous "Cueva del Tesoro" or Higueron, where you can see the paleolithic history of the city, the tools and paintings. The "Cueva del Tesoro" is a cave by the sea with several rooms, formed by the water. The Sala de los Lagos and the Virgin of Marco Craso form a stage on which legends are told around the grotto of which gives the name "Cueva del Tesoro". It is said that 5 Moorish kings hid their treasure here when they fled from the reconquest of the Christians. From the treasure, only 5 coins and a lamp have been found. All of them date back to the Nazari period. In Benagalbon we can discover the way of life of our latest ancestors in the Museo de Arte Popular, where tools, farming implements, etc. are exhibited.
In Benagalbon, which is located between Moclinejo and Rincon, a small folklore museum has been set up.
Rincon de la Victoria, being an Andalusian town, naturally celebrates a lot. During the year there are many folkloric and cultural activities. Most of them have been organized by the town hall, but also different groups and associations have recovered old customs. The Holy Week, Exaltacion de la Mantilla, Eleccion de Novios de la Axarquia, Festival Flamenco Pena EI Piyayo. Benagalbon celebrates a fair, the Feria de Invierno on , Mary's Purification. A procession in which neighbors throw peanuts at the Virgin from the balcony. In the second week of July, they celebrate the Feria and Fiestas Marineras Puerta de la Axarquia, where all three residential areas on the coast celebrate together an incredible festival. All day long and at night there are celebrations by the sea. During the Feria there will also be regattas in Jabegas and Chalanas. The most important points in the Feria are the sea processions of the Virgen del Carmen in Rincon de la Victoria and Cala del Moral, the Virgin is brought in the procession on the sea. Last and thus ends the summer, on the first Saturday of September takes place the Noche dei Fuego. This night 7000kg. Gunpowder is burned. Carnival is not very traditional in the municipality. But these festivities are becoming more and more known as a result of the events organized by the Town Hall. We could not finish without talking about the Pandas de Verdiales in Benagalbon and Rincon de la Victoria. They enliven every public festivity throughout the year.
