Just 3 km from the wonderful sandy beach of Es Trenc and km from Sa Rapita is this ecklusive House.
The house belongs to a small group with only 7 houses that share on a separate and directly located next to plot a spacious pool area together. There are in addition to the 100 square meter pool, a 50 square meter large pool house and 400 square meters for sunbathing.
In the pool area there is for our guests free Internet access via W-Lan.
Attached to the house are in the north wing of the house is a separate apartment for 2 persons with a separate entrance and a private terrace. The apartment can be rented separately.
In about 30 minutes away by car in the center of Palma, in about 25 minutes to the airport.
Only 17 km or 15 minutes you reach the Marriott's 18-hole golf course "Son Antem". Sa Rapita is a quiet resort with low buildings and without hotels.
At the city end there is the marina, there also begins the sandy beach Sa Rapita-Es Trenc.
He is one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca. It connects Sa Rapita with the settlement of Ses Covetes and then proceeds to Colonia de Sant Yordi. The sprawling sandy beach with lying dunes stands under conservation.
