We spent 3 months in this great apartment during winter! It is spacious and modern. Two large bedrooms offer plenty of space to comfortably live there, even with 4 people. The bathroom is cleverly designed with separate entrances and intermediate doors to the toilet, sink, and shower, so you can easily coordinate with multiple people! The large balcony and the rooftop terrace above the apartment provide plenty of space to find a sheltered spot to sunbathe even when the wind blows in winter, or shade if the sun gets too intense! The rooms are heated by an automatic air conditioning system, which we only needed in the morning for breakfast, the sun takes care of the rest! The underground parking and elevator to the second floor were important for us and our dog! The beautiful beach promenade and the small town center with a Coviran store and some restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Aguilas and Lorca are the nearest cities for larger shopping trips and strolls. We felt very comfortable and it was interesting to get to know this part of Andalusia!

Summer trip, two nights. Cozy location with a nice kitchen for quick meals. The air conditioning worked well and the garden was nice for coffee in the morning. Easy access to beaches and local restaurants made everything simple.

Three nights here and no complaints at all. The apartment felt spacious with a well-equipped kitchen and a nice terrace for morning sitting. The nearby pool and the short walk to Playa Serena made spontaneous beach visits easy. For the price, the value is definitely right.
