San Juan de los Terreros
We spent 3 months in this great apartment during winter! It is spacious and modern. Two large bedrooms offer plenty of space to comfortably live there, even with 4 people. The bathroom is cleverly designed with separate entrances and intermediate doors to the toilet, sink, and shower, so you can easily coordinate with multiple people! The large balcony and the rooftop terrace above the apartment provide plenty of space to find a sheltered spot to sunbathe even when the wind blows in winter, or shade if the sun gets too intense! The rooms are heated by an automatic air conditioning system, which we only needed in the morning for breakfast, the sun takes care of the rest! The underground parking and elevator to the second floor were important for us and our dog! The beautiful beach promenade and the small town center with a Coviran store and some restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes. Aguilas and Lorca are the nearest cities for larger shopping trips and strolls. We felt very comfortable and it was interesting to get to know this part of Andalusia!

Charming Coastal Escape
Vera
The house was ideal for 2 couples with one bedroom spare but there are a few niggles. No specific address in information, so greeter was in one place we were in another- a stressful start, this meant we did not know where parking space was. Aircon in downstairs bedroom not working. Beds only had duvet covers, duvets above wardrobes in spare bedroom. No inventory, no information book, boiler was off on arrival, bath mats needed to ensure safe showering. Large spiky plant in the way by the gate. Outside terrace light switch needed a tall person to jump to turn on. As I said niggles which require very little effort or cost to put right. Excellent pool close by. It is a lovely place, comfortable inside and in summary we would definitely return to this location.
