This modern villa is situated on the best location of Monte Pedreguer with a private pool, a landscaped garden and several terraces, enjoying the sunshine the entire day. Enjoy freedom and privacy as well as the panorama with splendid views of the hills and the Mediterranean Sea.
The house, built on 640 m² of land has a contemporary design and all the modern comfort, with open view over the surrounding nature.
The villa features 3 air conditioned bedrooms and 2 bathroom, one with bathtub, the other with shower.
The nice kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, plancha grill, kitchen appliances, nespresso machine, washing machine, etc ...
The living room is equipped with a dining area, air conditioning, a LED TV with English, Dutch, French, German and many other international channels, DVD, WIFI.
The sleeping area consists of a double bedroom and two bedrooms with the choice of one double bed or two single beds.

A great vacation in the Villa Buenavista
We had a great vacation at Villa Buenavista! We particularly enjoyed the private pool and the quiet, relaxed environment with the beautiful view. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and has air conditioning in every room – ideal for the warm days. Communication with Katja was excellent – always friendly, quick, and helpful. We would come back anytime and can recommend the villa without reservation!

Nice house equipped with all conveniences
Just back from 3 weeks in Villa Buena Vista. Had a great time with my son in this modern house that is fully equipped. After the cold weather in the Netherlands, it was wonderful to enjoy the Spanish sun during Christmas and New Year.
Denia and Javea are nearby and there is still a lot to do even in the winter months, such as fun shows and a cozy boulevard.
The owner of the house has recently completely renovated it and everything is in perfect condition, just like in the pictures. Nice Dutch TV channels and it seems there are channels from all other nationalities as well.
Furthermore, beautiful views of nature, very peaceful but still located in a villa neighborhood. Beautiful hiking trails in front of the house through an area that was discovered by the Romans for winemaking, an area with wildlife such as wild boars, birds, etc.
Considering coming here to winter occasionally, but will definitely come back in the spring or autumn.
Communication and reservation went very smoothly with the owner, highly recommended!
