Villa Siete Palmeras captivates with 2 large, private pools, with its extraordinary flair, as well as sun all day until late in the evening. Villa Siete Palmeras was lovingly and lavishly renovated in 2019 and furnished to a high standard with tasteful and decorative interior design.
With its many lounging options in the beautifully landscaped garden, various lounge sofas, the cosy beach chair and sun loungers, everyone will find "their spot" to relax and feel good. A barbecue area under palm trees with a covered dining area invites you and your family and friends to feast.
An oasis of well-being has been created on the sqm plot, which invites you to relax and linger. The fantastic view of the mountains of the Siera Bernia with its alternating evening play of colours is a highlight of this exclusive villa. In the late evening, the terraces with beautiful lighting offer the opportunity to linger in any part of the garden and enjoy a glass of your favourite drink with your loved ones.
Villa Siete Palmeras is ideal for 2 families and offers you plenty of privacy. The two separate flats are located on the two opposite sides of the house, both with their own covered terrace. Flat 1 at the top of the main entrance directly by the front pool; flat 2 below the large, locked main flat - via a staircase you directly reach the large 11 mtr. pool and the upper covered terrace - both flats are equipped with kitchen, bathroom, TV and WLAN.
The almost level plot has only a few stairs. Only the large covered terrace above the 11 mtr. pool has a few steps leading up from both flats. A grey plastic partition can be pulled out, then the two pool areas are even protected from each other.
You are always alone on the property. The villa is rented to one party only.

2 bedrooms: 1 with box-spring bed 1.60 wide*2.00 mtr. long, 1 mattress, with mattress protector, bedspread, pillow, two-door built-in wardrobe with revolving doors, chest of drawers, bedside cabinets, lights, 1 window, A/C, ceiling fan, radiant heater, outside blind, anti-mosquito blind.
1 children's bedroom: corner sofa with bed function: extended 1.45 m wide*195 m long, with mattress protector, two-door built-in wardrobe with hinged doors, high-quality metal chest of drawers, 1 window, ceiling fan, radiant heater, opaque curtains for darkening, anti-mosquito blind.
1 bathroom: seven steps lead up from the living room to the bathroom. 1 window, WC, bathtub with shower head and a glass partition to the bathroom over a 1/3 of the tub. Washbasin with vanity unit and mirrored cabinet, closed wall shelf, electric fan above the door- heating only, towel rail is not heated, toilet with toilet seat automatically lowers.
Living/dining room: directly accessible from the covered terrace. 3-seater upholstered corner sofa , small round coffee table. Behind it is a round high quality wooden table and 3 swivel chairs. Air conditioning cooling or heating, electric fireplace, wine rack on the wall, round floor lamp, heavy entrance door with frosted glass, 2 windows.
Kitchenette: open in the living/dining room, extractor bonnet, fully equipped, 1 window.
Covered terrace: 2 steps lead from the pool to the terrace in front of the living room, equipped with awning and ceiling fan, and grey 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs and small table. The large covered terrace above pool 1 is equipped with granite table and 6 comfortable chairs with cushions. Here you have the most beautiful view of the Sierra Bernia massif.
Sun terraces on the property: next to both pools, paved with smooth natural stone slabs. At the top of pool 1 with awning and sofas. At the pool in front of flat 1 with aluminium lounge sofa; lined by palm trees and bushes, there is a small terrace with beach chair and hammock to the right of the flat. Adjacent to this is the larger, partially covered barbecue terrace, the roofing can be opened and closed. Equipped with a large rectangular table and 6 chairs for relaxed meals with your family and friends.
2 pools: Pool 1 size: 11 x 4.50 mtrs, depth: 1.20 - 2.10 mtrs, with Roman steps for entry, outdoor shower, no indoor lighting.
Pool 2 in front of apartment 1, size: 8 x 4 mtr. depth: 1mtr. to 1.90 mtr., with Roman steps as entrance, with outdoor shower (hot water), no indoor lighting.
A few steps lead down to Apt. 1. The two areas can be screened from each other with a grey plastic privacy screen to pull out.
Garden: around the house, very nicely laid out and maintained, planted with Mediterranean shrubs and plams. The whole garden is well lit.
Fibre optic internet, flat rate, up to 600 Mb/s download/upload speed. WLAN mesh network throughout the house and garden, so that you have reception in both apartments and at the pool.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Siete Palmeras is only about 5 km away from the two big sandy beaches on the left and right side of the rock massif Penon de Ifach, as well as about 5 km. from the centre and the worth seeing old town of Calpe, or various excursion possibilities. With its good traffic connections, it offers the optimal mix between nocturnal peace and quiet and proximity to the beaches.
The villa is quietly located in a pure residential area on the outskirts of Calpe. To the sandy beaches left and right of the Penon de Ifach: Playa de la Fossa approx. 5 km, Playa Arenal-Bol approx. 5 km. The beautiful sandy beach with picnic area and walk along the sea - Playa La Fustera, Benissa is approx. km away. The picturesque rock beach Playa Les Bassetes, Calpe, offers diving school, catamarans, paddle surf and 2 restaurants, and is about 5 km away. Also here the walk leads along the sea up to Calpe to Playa de la Fossa.
You can easily reach two hotel restaurants: Imperial Park and Gran Sol approx. km. Cafe Cometa about km. In the centre of Calpe, about 5 km away, there are many shops, cafes and restaurants, on Saturday there is a big market with sun-ripened, fresh vegetables and fruit, flowers and clothes.

The large, upper flat and the garage remain locked during the rental period. The carport cannot be used either. However, there are 2 parking spaces available on the enclosed property.

Living room: entrance from the covered terrace through the large glass door, corner sofa with footboard, coffee table, two-door fitted wardrobe with sliding doors - ideal for storing groceries. A/C and ceiling fan. 65" UHD TV with integrated W-LAN, all common streaming providers can be registered via your own customer account.
Kitchenette: in the living area, cooker hood, fully equipped.
Covered terrace: directly in front of the living room with round table and 4 chairs, next to it is a small sun terrace strewn with gravel and another round table, 2 chairs and parasol. 2 deckchairs. Between these two terraces is the 3rd outdoor shower. Here one enjoys the afternoon sun, summer from approx. 15 o'clock, September from approx. 17 o'clock.
2 parking spaces for middle class cars within the property on the other side of the house of apartment 2.

A dream from beginning to end
Villa Siete Palmeras more than exceeded our expectations! We have been booking holiday homes in different regions of Spain for over 20 years, always in the same price segment. We have never rented a property in this condition. The cleanliness was above average (cupboards, cupboard contents, furniture...) nothing had been neglected or "forgotten". All furniture was in very good condition and can be described as new. The decoration in the houses was lovingly chosen and absolutely matched the interior. In every little detail, in and around the house, you could see what a special value the landlord here places on the well-being of his guests. There were new household appliances (clean hoovers, coffee machines, fans, TVs, soundbars, and much more), a large selection of games and an even larger DVD collection. ALL the equipment we "discovered" over time was in immaculate and well-maintained condition. The outside area was just as lovingly designed and thought out as the houses themselves (lights everywhere on the grounds, electric gate entry, pool lighting etc...) Everything was well maintained and in top condition! The pools were well maintained and cleaned accordingly. Nothing!, absolutely nothing! was defective or about to "die the death"! Outdoor seating was high quality and new, the sunbeds comfortable and high quality, the outdoor kitchen and barbecue beautifully laid out and well thought out! And also the electricity, wiring etc. was up to German standard and all electrical appliances could actually run at the same time :-) . The on-site support by the property management went smoothly, the contacts were very pleasant and sympathetic. Mr. Fürderer would have been available for us at any time. We decided after only one week at home: We will be back! "Adiós y hasta pronto"
