Welcome to Villa Siete Palmeras – your special holiday home on the Costa Blanca. Look forward to two large private pools, sun from morning until late evening, and an exceptional atmosphere that perfectly combines relaxation, comfort, and privacy.
The villa is furnished to a high standard, lovingly and stylishly. Tasteful details, modern air conditioning in all rooms as well as smart TV and Wi-Fi ensure that you feel comfortable from the very first moment.
On the approx. 1,400 m² property, a beautifully designed oasis of well-being awaits you with many favorite spots for relaxing. Whether on one of the lounge sofas, in the cozy beach chair, on the sun loungers or on one of the terraces – here everyone will find their own personal retreat. A real highlight is the spacious outdoor area with a barbecue under palm trees and a covered summer kitchen – ideal for long summer evenings with family and friends. Starting in 2026, a projector with an electrically retractable screen, Wi-Fi, and satellite TV will also be available there for special holiday evenings.
The villa is quietly located yet excellently connected. In only approx. Within 5 km you can reach the two popular sandy beaches to the left and right of the famous Peñón de Ifach, the center of Calpe, the charming old town, as well as numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and excursion destinations.

2 bedrooms: 1 with box spring bed 1.60m wide * 2.00m long, 1 mattress, with mattress protector, bedspread, pillows, two-door built-in wardrobe with hinged doors, chest of drawers, bedside tables, lamps, 1 window, A/C, ceiling fan, heater, external shutter, anti-mosquito screen. 1 with double bed sofa, 0.85 x 1.95 m, extended size 1.70 x 1.95, with mattress protector, two-door built-in wardrobe with hinged doors, high-quality metal chest of drawers, 1 window, ceiling fan, radiant heater, blackout curtains for darkening, anti-mosquito screen. Furthermore, a 55" flat screen TV with integrated Wi-Fi, all common streaming providers accessible via your own customer account.
1 bathroom: seven steps lead up from the living area to the bathroom. 1 window, WC, bathtub with showerhead and a glass partition wall installed over 1/3 of the tub towards the bathroom. Washbasin with base cabinet and mirrored cabinet, closed wall shelf, electric fan above the door—heating only, towel rack is not heated, toilet with automatically lowering WC seat.
Living/dining room: can be entered directly from the covered terrace. Next to it you can relax in a rattan set, 2 armchairs and a small table. Covered terrace: 2 steps lead from the pool to the terrace in front of the living room, equipped with an awning and ceiling fan, as well as a gray 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a small table. The large, covered terrace above Pool 1 is equipped with a granite table and 6 comfortable chairs with cushions. Here you have the most beautiful view of the Sierra Bernia massif. Next to it, you can relax in a rattan set with a three-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, and a small table, while keeping an eye on the large pool at the same time.
Sun terraces on the property: next to both pools. At Pool 1 with sun sail and sofas. At the pool in front of Apartment 1 with a lounge sofa made of aluminum with reclining cushions and pillows; bordered by palm trees and oleander, there is another small terrace with a beach chair and hammock to the right of the apartment. Villa Siete Palmeras is located approximately 5 km from the two large sandy beaches on the left and right of the rock massif Penon de Ifach, also just under 5 km. from the center and the picturesque old town of Calpe, or various excursion possibilities. With its good transport connections, it offers the optimal mix between nighttime peace and proximity to the beaches.
The villa is situated in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Calpe. To the sandy beaches left and right of the Penon de Ifach: Playa de la Fossa about 5 km, Playa Arenal-Bol about 5 km. The beautiful sandy beach with a picnic area and a walking path along the sea - Playa La Fustera, Benissa is about 4.8 km away. The picturesque rocky beach Playa Les Bassetes, Calpe, offers a diving school, catamarans, paddle surfing, and 2 restaurants, and is about 5 km away. Here too, the walking path along the sea leads to Calpe's Playa de la Fossa. You can easily reach two hotel restaurants: Imperial Park and Gran Sol, approximately 2.5 km away. Cafe Cometa is about 2.3 km away. In the center of Calpe, about 5 km away, there are many shops, cafes, and restaurants. On Saturdays, there is a large market featuring sun-ripened, fresh vegetables and fruits, flowers, and clothing.

A dream from beginning to end
Villa Siete Palmeras more than exceeded our expectations! We have been booking holiday homes in different regions of Spain for over 20 years, always in the same price segment. We have never rented a property in this condition. The cleanliness was above average (cupboards, cupboard contents, furniture...) nothing had been neglected or "forgotten". All furniture was in very good condition and can be described as new. The decoration in the houses was lovingly chosen and absolutely matched the interior. In every little detail, in and around the house, you could see what a special value the landlord here places on the well-being of his guests. There were new household appliances (clean hoovers, coffee machines, fans, TVs, soundbars, and much more), a large selection of games and an even larger DVD collection. ALL the equipment we "discovered" over time was in immaculate and well-maintained condition. The outside area was just as lovingly designed and thought out as the houses themselves (lights everywhere on the grounds, electric gate entry, pool lighting etc...) Everything was well maintained and in top condition! The pools were well maintained and cleaned accordingly. Nothing!, absolutely nothing! was defective or about to "die the death"! Outdoor seating was high quality and new, the sunbeds comfortable and high quality, the outdoor kitchen and barbecue beautifully laid out and well thought out! And also the electricity, wiring etc. was up to German standard and all electrical appliances could actually run at the same time :-) . The on-site support by the property management went smoothly, the contacts were very pleasant and sympathetic. Mr. Fürderer would have been available for us at any time. We decided after only one week at home: We will be back! "Adiós y hasta pronto"
