The house has a private and fenced garden with parking for at least 4 cars. With 5 bedrooms, the house has enough space for up to 11 people. The cellar has a large open area with a large dining table for 10 people. The ground floor has a large living room, large kitchen, bathroom and three bedrooms. There is a Jacuzzi tub on the terrace. On the first floor there are two more bedrooms, two bathrooms and a covered terrace with Jacuzzi.
Villa Nila will give you a true feeling for a holiday on the sea. Just minutes from the beach, so close to Pula and its historical monuments, great restaurants and fun events.

The village of Premantura, where the villa is located, is surrounded by sea in all directions! The world famous national park "Kamenjak" is only a few minutes away from the house and offers a unique amazing beach at the southernmost point of Istria,
with view only to the Adriatic Sea!

If the previously booked period is not sold for the same price, the down payment is not refunded. In the case you are unable to travel due to border closures, the owners will be contacted to see whether the reservation is possible to be postponed to a different period in 2021 or 2022. The down payment used for this reservation would be used in the new reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance for your holidays.
