The Villa Castagna in Premantura is located just 11 km from the historic city of Pula and offers a private pool, a sauna, and spacious accommodations for up to 12 guests. The villa is also just 700 m from the sea.

The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and 2 with two single beds each. All rooms are fully air-conditioned and offer a comfortable stay.

Outside, there is a pool, a covered dining area with a grill, and a swing for children. The centerpiece of the villa is an open living area with a cozy lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for shared meals and unforgettable moments. A complete bathroom next to the sauna and a separate guest toilet provide additional comfort on this level.

The villa is divided into two blocks, each with its own staircase. In the first block, there are two double rooms on the ground floor – one with an en-suite bathroom – next to a shared bathroom, while the second floor features a cozy bedroom with two single beds.

The second block mirrors this layout on the ground floor, with two double rooms (one with an en-suite bathroom) and a shared bathroom, but offers an additional touch of comfort on the second floor: a bedroom with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom. Cape Kamenjak, a protected natural park with rugged cliffs and secluded beaches, is just a short drive away. Explore Pula's ancient Roman amphitheater and the lively cafes, which are 11 km from the villa, or reach Pula Airport in 18 km. For a cultural outing, visit the Kažun Park (24 km), where traditional Istrian dry stone huts showcase the region's heritage.
