Welcome to Villa Delecto, an elegant and modernly furnished villa with a private pool, located in Premantura, in an excellent location, just a few minutes’ walk from the entrance to the Kamenjak Nature Park. The villa is completely fenced. In the immediate vicinity you will find restaurants, cafés and shops, and from the villa you can enjoy a wonderful view of the sea and the greenery of Kamenjak. Villa Delecto accommodates up to 8 people in four comfortable bedrooms. It is furnished with great attention to detail and combines modern design with exclusive, high-quality furniture.
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with access to the terrace and the private outdoor pool, a modernly equipped kitchen, and a dining area with a table for eight people. There is also a bedroom with its own bathroom and an additional guest WC. From the living room and the ground floor bedroom you have direct access to the terrace and the pool.
On the first floor are the three additional bedrooms. Two of them have a private balcony with garden furniture – the perfect place for a morning coffee or to relax in the evening with views of nature and the sea. Three rooms have double beds, one offers two single beds. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and television and offer ample space for maximum comfort. There is also an outdoor grill on the terrace, ideal for preparing delicious meals outdoors and for enjoying evenings with family or friends. The villa also includes two parking spaces.
