Villa Remi will enchant everyone from every floor of the house with sea views.
It is located in Premantura, a quiet tourist resort, 11 km from Pula.
400 m2 of the house are distributed on 3 floors.
We have 5 bedrooms with private bathroom, 1 shared bathroom and WC.
The spacious living room with fireplace and TV, billiards, fully equipped kitchen and dining table for 10 people are located on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are bedrooms with private bathroom.
On the second floor there is a wellness area with sauna and fitness room. From this floor of the house you have the most beautiful view of the sea and the nature park Kamenjak, which is located near the villa.
The villa offers 2 Jacuzzis, one on the 2nd floor of the house and one in the courtyard by the pool. The pool is 40 m2 and there are 8 deck chairs.
The garden is completely fenced, so parking is safe and guests can enjoy complete privacy.
On the terrace there is a gas grill, a table and 10 chairs.

In any case we recommend you to visit the nature park Cape Kamenjak, which is located in the immediate vicinity of the villa ( km).

Really a very beautiful and luxurious property! We had a wonderful stay and very friendly accommodating "landlords"!

The location is also great. Short walk to the sea and only a few km to the next shop / town
