In the quiet village of Peruški, just a few steps from the sea and the beach, Villa Javor is the ideal choice for a family vacation or a stay with friends in the heart of Istria. The villa can accommodate up to 8 people and has 4 spacious bedrooms as well as 4 modernly equipped bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table, as well as two bedrooms – one with a double bed and direct access to the pool, the other with separate beds. There are also two bathrooms.
On the first floor there is an additional kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds (one with its own bathroom), as well as another bathroom in the hallway. A special highlight is the outdoor dining area with sea view, perfect for relaxing on warm summer evenings. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Outside, you will find a private pool (heated on request for an extra charge), surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol – ideal for sunbathing and relaxing all day long. The garden is beautifully landscaped and offers complete privacy. Also available are an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, bicycles for exploring the area, and table football for entertainment.
