Beautiful new (built in late 2016) Villa Rosemary offers accommodation ideal for families or groups of friends. This modern villa can accommodate up to 7 people. The villa size is 110m2 on two levels, covering 450m2 of land.
The villa consists of three comfortably furnished bedrooms, each bedroom is furnished with double beds (180x200). The rooms are spacious and bright. There are three bathrooms (underfloor heating).
The villa also has a modern, fully equipped kitchen and a large living room. The outside area is equipped with a barbecue and an outdoor dining area where guests can enjoy freshly prepared meals.
Villa also has a beautiful heated swimming pool (28m2), surrounded by deck chairs. The villa also has a small playground. The garden is closed and fenced, and there is also a large private car park (4 cars).

Summer vacation 2023
A very clean house in a quiet location! Well-equipped, modern house with a pool! The hostess Mrs. Winkler was always available, helped us with advice and support, and gave good recommendations! You can tell that she is a German landlord. Good bakery in the village! Highly recommended!

Top holiday home for a relaxing holiday
Great holiday home in quiet surroundings. Everything you need is there. The air conditioning, the electronic blinds and the fly doors are perfect. Quickly to Pula by car for shopping. Beaches within easy reach. Perfect pool, professionally cleaned twice a week. House is super clean. Great beds and bathrooms. We were received very nicely by the housekeeper Anny, who explained everything to us. We also had nice contact with the landlady Mrs Winkler
We felt very comfortable. We will be back again.

Great holiday with very pleasant contact
We spent a great holiday in Villa Rosemary. The villa corresponds to the pictures and is tastefully furnished. The air conditioning in all rooms is great. It makes for a restful night's sleep even in high temperatures. The pool is also great and refreshing. It was professionally cleaned twice a week. Outside, there is a beautiful covered terrace where you can eat and relax in the shade. Barbecuing is very good on the grill or, if you like, with a gas grill. Even the charcoal or gas is available. We were with five people in the villa and all had enough space, also the three bathrooms are very nice. Finally, we would like to thank Mrs Winkler again. A very nice, personal contact. Thank you very much for the wonderful time in Villa Rosemary.

The somewhat different holiday
We wanted to fulfil my father's last wish to see the sea once again.
Villa Rosemary is a dream.
Everything is very lovingly done and the furnishings are also far above average.
The beds are very good and everything is very clean. The 3 bathrooms also ensure privacy for several couples. The property is secure and the pool is great on hot days.
The shady spots on the terrace also invite you to relax.
The beach can be reached by car.
The water is clear and there are other bays.
We would have liked to stay here longer, but due to my father's health we had to leave in a hurry.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mrs Winkler once again. She supported us in everything that was possible. Her empathy, flexibility and loving sympathy surprised and inspired us.
It was clearly noticeable that it was not the money but the person that was in the foreground.
That has become very rare today and cannot be taken for granted.
I would like to recommend to everyone not only the beautiful villa, but also such a loving landlady.

Sehr schöne Villa
Die Unterkunft ist super. ES ist liebevoll und wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles was man benötigt, ist in dieser Villa vorhanden. Bei Fragen wurde uns sofort geholfen. Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

Wundervoll
Top ausgestattetes Haus - sogar viele verschiedene Gewürze sind vorrätig. Alles war sehr sauber. Das neue "Gartenhäuschen" war perfekt um Abends draußen zu sitzen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können das Haus auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

An oasis of peace and relaxation
Even the first contact with the landlady was extremely friendly, informative and accommodating. The booking and its conditions were completely in line with the market and uncomplicated.
On arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the housekeeper and introduced to the Corona measures of Croatia, the house and the circumstances of the house. Everything was super clean, tidy and disinfected. The bedrooms as well as the bathrooms and the kitchen contain everything you need for a pleasant holiday in an upscale ambience. Many small details, such as candles or spices, were already on site and made it easier to arrive and relax. For small purchases, there is a bakery, a winegrower and a supermarket in the neighbouring village in the immediate vicinity. For larger purchases, the coastal town of Pula with its many sights and shops in small alleys is a good choice
In addition to the clean and pleasantly sized pool, the bay of Duga Uvala with its charming stone beaches and beach bars is also within easy walking distance (20min downhill) or by car (5min, ample parking available)
Overall, we were in holiday mode from the first day because you can immediately switch off on the covered terrace with a regional red wine and enjoy the tranquillity of the well-grown property with ample parking
We will definitely be back!

Beautiful holiday in a top apartment and one of the best landlords we have ever experienced.
The apartment is well equipped and in a very good location to Pula. It takes about 15-20 minutes to get to Pula by car.
This is the best apartment you can imagine for a relaxing family holiday. The right place to escape the stressful everyday life without missing anything.

Das Ferienhaus ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Einrichtungen Top, für die Heissen Sommertage ist das Haus mit einer sehr guten Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einem kleinen Dorf auf dem Lande und ist an einer schönen ruhigen Lage.
Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.

Das Haus ist ganz neu, top ausgestattet.Gastgeber war sehr hilfsbereit.Empfang war sehr herzlich (danke nochmals für fantastische Weine und Käse).Nachbarin spricht perfekt deutsch, hat uns alle wichtige Informationen über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und Cafés gegeben.
Kann man nur weiter empfehlen.Wir kommen jedenfalls wieder.
