Villa Borina is located in the quiet village of Loborika in Istria and can accommodate up to 6 people. The villa is surrounded by plenty of greenery and is situated on a spacious plot of about 1000 m², offering privacy and a pleasant atmosphere for a relaxing holiday.

On the ground floor there is a spacious air-conditioned living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen, and a bathroom. On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, two of which have access to a terrace – ideal for morning coffee or relaxing in the evening. All bedrooms have their own bathroom, air conditioning and TV, and in one room the bed can be prepared either as a double bed or as two single beds. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms.

In the fenced garden there is a private pool of 32 m², surrounded by sun loungers. Guests also have access to a barbecue and an outdoor dining area – perfect for sociable evenings and warm Istrian nights. Thanks to its quiet location and proximity to Pula and the beautiful beaches of Istria, Villa Borina offers the ideal combination of comfort, privacy, and a perfect starting point for exploring Istria.
