The new beautiful villa Mirjana was built in May 2017 and opened.
With 220 m² it is ideal for up to 12 guests.
The ground floor has a large kitchen and dining area, spacious living room, Bedroom1 (double bed, bathroom with tub).
The first floor has 4 double bedrooms, of which 3 en-suite bedrooms (bathroom with bath), 2 terraces (direct access from the bedroom).
The large private swimming pool 9x4m is exclusive to guests. There is also a garden with a large covered summer kitchen with fireplace and a large seating table. You can enjoy delicious meals here near Pool prepare and enjoy together on dining table nearby. Guests can enjoy a pool view from another covered terrace with garden furniture.
There is also an enclosed private parking for 3 cars, with a possibility for parking of an extra 2 cars outside the villa.
The whole plot (1000 sqm) is surrounded by a beautiful enclosed garden for complete privacy and relaxation.

The villa is in a very quiet place in the center of Istria in a quiet village Orbanići near Marčana .. The beautiful pebble beach is 10 km away. The supermarket is about 300 meters away and the restaurant 3 km.
Villa is 7 km from the town of Vodnjan and very well connected to the north and southwest, so the larger cities such as Pula (19 km) and Rovinj (31 km).
Nearby is the village Orbanići Glavani, famous for its adrenalin park.

Great holiday home
We spent perfect time in this house. Clean, beautiful, warm (inside the house :) ). We were in 11 and spend one of the greatest New Years Eve there. I recommend this house for families or group of friends. The owners are very kind.
