Villa Blaise is a brand new spacious house built in 2018. It has 2 floors with a total area of 200m2. It is located in the small Istrian village of Manjadvorci, on the southern part of the Istrian peninsula, exactly halfway between Labin and the famous tourist destination Pula.
Hot tub on the terrace is ready for season 2020.
In the 4 bedrooms there are spacious double beds, 3 of which are on the first floor and one on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own Air Conditioning and private bathroom with a toilet and a walk-in shower, so the comfort and privacy of all the guests is on high level.
Within the ground floor you have a well-equipped kitchen with a modern bar and 3 chairs, a dining room with table and 8 chairs located right next to the terrace exit and a living room with a cozy corner and a club chair.

Restaurant Konoba Teran is located 100 m above the house, offering Istrian specialties, homemade food, Istrian prosciutto and cheese, meat delicacies, fish dishes, and much more. Just 900m from the property there is a popular horse ranch Barba Tone, widely known in Istria as a favorite gathering place for lovers of these noble animals. If you need some excitement, the famous "Glavani adrenalin park" is only 3.7km away. The first beach is 6 km away so you will need a car.
Villa Blaise is a wonderful example of a functional holiday home for large groups of up to 9 people. Here you can be sure that you will have a holiday in peace, because you are within a reasonable distance from the tourist crowds of popular destinations, while on the other hand, just 20 minutes drive away from Pula, 40 minutes from Rovinj.

The house is equipped with WiFi, SAT-TV, washing machine and 5 air-conditioning units: 1 in the living room, 1 in each bedroom.
The 50 m2 terrace is covered and there is a barbecue, an outdoor dining table with 8 seats, a large 32m2 swimming pool, 5 sun loungers, 2 sunshades and an outdoor shower. In the pool there are masonry stairs for a gradual entry into the water, adapted for children and non-swimmers.
3 large cars can park in a private fenced parking so you wont have any worries.

The perfect house
For those who prefer a bit more peace, like us, this is the perfect house. We gladly accept a longer drive to the beach. Very clean accommodation, good amenities, and the contact with the landlord Biljana was very nice and uncomplicated. We would love to come back next time.
