Villa Bavigo and Villa Pieron are new, modern holiday villas near Pula that offer a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. These two villas, connected only by a back wall, ensure privacy for each accommodation unit with its own enclosed property.
Both villas together offer 8 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, perfectly equipped for up to 16 people. Each villa features a spacious living room with a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor area with private pool, whirlpool, and sauna, as well as additional amenities such as table tennis and table football for entertainment.
The ground floor of each villa consists of a central living area with access to the terrace, a dining area, a modern kitchen, and a comfortable bedroom with double bed, TV, and private bathroom. On the first floor of each villa there are three additional bedrooms with double beds, each with its own bathroom and access to the terrace, while the wellness oasis with whirlpool and sauna offers special pleasure and relaxation.
Outside, you will find two private pools with waterfalls (the pools can also be heated on request, which is ideal outside the season), comfortable garden furniture, a covered dining terrace, sun loungers and parasols. For gourmets, there is also a summer kitchen with a grill, ideal for shared moments outdoors. The fully fenced yard of each villa ensures privacy and offers a total of four private parking spaces.
Note: Groups of young people are only allowed by prior arrangement.
