Experience a modern vacation at Casa Crystal Istria. This stunning, detached holiday home extends over two floors in the charming village of Peroj. It is located just 2 km from a beautiful pebble beach and shops, and 4 km from the historic village of Fažana.

The villa offers a private 24 m² pool with sun terrace, a terrace with seating area, and 8 parking spaces.

The 240 m² holiday home accommodates up to 9 guests and is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a small sauna, as well as a living room with a fully equipped kitchen. On this level you will also find a dining table and a sofa bed for two people. A 100-inch TV with fast Wi-Fi allows you to enjoy all your favorite shows.

A separate entrance leads to a game room with table football, PlayStation 4, and other entertainment options. On the first floor there is a separate living room with a sofa bed, TV, kitchenette, and a bedroom. From the living room you can access a spacious 40 m² balcony with a magnificent panoramic view of the sea – the perfect place to relax.

In the afternoon you can refresh yourself in the heated outdoor pool and in the evening prepare delicious dishes on the grill. After dinner you can enjoy your favorite film on the outdoor screen. The area around Peroj and Fažana is known for its beautiful beaches and numerous restaurants where you can try traditional Istrian specialties. We also recommend a visit to Pula, where various events take place during the summer months.
