Welcome to Villa Korina, a modern holiday home in Peroj, near the coastal town of Fažana. The area is known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and good accessibility to destinations such as Pula, Rovinj, and the Brijuni National Park.

The villa is located on a private, fenced property and features two main bedrooms, while the third bedroom is more suitable for children. There are also two bathrooms available, making the accommodation well suited for families or smaller groups. The house extends over two floors and offers ample space for communal gatherings as well as privacy.

The outdoor area includes a private swimming pool with loungers, a covered terrace with outdoor dining area, and a barbecue. The pool is equipped with heating, so it can be comfortably used even during cooler periods. Private parking spaces are available to guests on the property.

Inside, the villa offers a living room with TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all essential appliances, as well as a dining area. The house is air-conditioned, with air conditioning units in the bedrooms and common areas. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
