Amazing house

We stayed at this amazing house together with another couple. That is the perfect amount of people. The house is quiet, well equipped and has a lot of nice places where you can relax and calm down. The pool and the garden where perfect for having a great and relaxing time. We booked the pool heating and that was perfect for us. Ireneo was a lovely host, very communicative and caring and answered all our questions. The house definitely met all our expectations. 
We also had our minipoodle with us and he had the time of his life as there is a fence around the property. We also walked like 15 minutes to the beach which was actually not exhausting.

Absolutely recommended - great accommodation for a holiday in Istria!

We can only recommend this house. In my opinion, the highlights are the pool/terrace area with garden (big enough for a volleyball court!), the whirlpool bath and the roof terrace. The house is ideally suited for 8 people, for our group of 10 the sofa in the living room was folded out, which is rather less suitable for couples, but otherwise was not a big problem. You sleep very comfortably.
Ireneo is a wonderful host who can be reached at any time and lovingly takes care of all his guests' concerns (for example, the water in our showers did not run on the first two days, whereupon Ireneo was immediately on the spot)
Peroj is a rather quiet place, but with nice bakeries and a "fish truck" that comes by daily with fresh fish. From here, popular excursion destinations such as Pula can be reached easily by car.
All in all, I can only recommend it! Thank you very much Ireneo!

Dreamlike!

The house is tucked away in a side path in a very quiet location.
The property as well as the outside facilities are exactly as shown in the photos.
The house is clean and very well equipped.
The garden is completely fenced and you can let the children run around. The pool is a great size.
The covered terrace is great, down here it was permanently pleasantly cool and we spent 90% of our time under it.
The children's highlight was the trampoline next to the pool.
Ireneo is a very nice and accommodating host. He was always there for us in person or via WhatsApp without any complications.
We will be very happy to come back!

Wonderful holiday experienced

Found the house on Saturday and booked it immediately - arrived on Tuesday. Even before our very last-minute arrival, there was great contact with the Delzotto family, who kept us informed of everything important and we felt very welcome in advance. For me, everything about the house is just perfect: the design is very well thought out. All bedrooms have a small entrance, bathroom with walk-in shower, TV, air conditioning, 3 of them have access to the upper terrace and can be locked separately. There was also a lot of emphasis on a coherent colour concept, which runs through the entire house and the outdoor area, so that you just have to feel comfortable all around. The hospitality was also priceless. If you had any questions or requests, they reacted immediately and made everything possible. Many great tips for excursions and restaurant recommendations were also included. Overall conclusion: a consistently great holiday for both of us. We recommend this holiday home 100%. And we will definitely be back!
PS: A special thank you for sending us one of our forgotten travel bags. With 264 m² of space, it's easy to lose track of everything ?

Everything top - as in the photos

The villa is really very beautiful and spacious - also outside (terrace + roof terrace!, pool, sunbathing lawn). The only thing we would have liked was a second fridge. We were 8 adults (+ children), so it was a bit tight with food and drinks in one fridge. Otherwise a great house in a quiet little village and a very helpful host! I would book again anytime :-)

Summer vacation in Peroj

The house is beautiful, has modern furnishings, and is especially large. The terrace and pool were used the most (the pool has a depth of about 1.60m in case anyone is wondering). The pool was also cleaned by the landlord (he informed us in advance when he would come) and the garden in general looked very well maintained.

There were 4 couples there and we had a lot of fun.

The place is like a small village, everything you need, such as a bakery, supermarket, and currency exchange, is within a few minutes' walk. The large supermarkets and restaurants can also be reached by car in 5-10 minutes.

The landlord Ireneo, who lives next door, is very nice and helpful. If you have any problems or questions, whether it's about the journey or your stay, write to him, he will help you immediately and give you tips.

We felt very welcome there.

Small tip: Bring your own towels, for example for the pool, whirlpool, beach... as there is only 1 shower towel and 1 hand towel per person in the house.

Overall, on behalf of our whole group, I can say that it was a very nice holiday there and we can definitely recommend the house!!

We stayed with two families in this house and we lacked nothing. Both the size and the facilities were completely sufficient for our family vacation. The pictures speak for themselves.

From the roof terrace, you can enjoy the sunset in combination with a sea view in the evening.
The highlight for us was the large terrace and the wonderful pool. Here you can really enjoy your evening/day.

It is superbly located in a private atmosphere, although there are other holiday homes next door, you still have your peace and quiet, as these houses are oriented in opposite directions.

Shopping facilities, such as a small bakery cart and a grocery store, can be reached in a maximum of 5 minutes on foot.
Passing the market, you can reach the beach with a beautiful long promenade, which is also accessible on foot in about 15 minutes. There is a large and free parking lot at the beach, as well as beach bars.

The landlord and his family are very nice and helpful and take care of matters immediately. We also spent evenings together and our children became friends, despite the language barrier.

The pool is cleaned by the landlord several times a week and the beautiful lawn is mowed about once a week. Most of the time, we didn't even notice these tasks, as the landlord always did them in our absence. But he explained this to us when we arrived, as he respects privacy.

We can highly recommend the house and would book it again without hesitation.
It was a very nice and relaxing vacation and we would like to thank the landlord and his family for their warm hospitality.

P.S.: The landlord would like to try German beer, which is not available locally in Istria. He would definitely be very happy about one or two bottles and it would certainly make the first contact more harmonious ;-)

Perfekt

Bei der suche nach dem passenden Haus für unseren Urlaub haben wir viele Anzeigen gelesen doch dieses Haus ist was besonderes und einzigartiges. Ein wunderschönes Design,die funktionalität,eine überdachte Terrasse perfekter Ort um auszuspannen und relaxen und ein grosser Pool rundet alles ab. Die Zimmer und Bäder sind modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Ein gepflegtes, mit Olivenbäumen bepflanztes Grundstück das dem ganzen Garten das schöne Flair verleiht. Das Haus ist ist ruhig gelegen in Strandnähe und die kleinen Geschäften sind Fussläufig erreichbar. Der Hausherr ist sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen !!!

Moderne ansprechende Villa - ruhige Lage

Neu gebaute Ferienvilla in Peroj. Versteckte Lage, nah am Dorfkern, ca. 1 km bis zum Meer. Der sehr nette Vermieter Ireneo wohnt um die Ecke um kümmert sich um alles. Ein gepflegter und großer Pool lädt zum Schwimmen ein. Bis auf einige Hunde hört man Nachts nichts - totale Ruhe. Da man sehr schnell mit dem Fahrrad in Fazana war - mehrere ansprechende Restaurants und einen großen Supermarkt- fanden wir das kleine ruhige Dorf richtig gut, auch wenn es kein Schmuckstück ist.
Das Haus entspricht den Bildern. Beim Garten ist noch nicht alles fertig, aber vollkommen ok.
Das Haus hat eine gute Ausstattung, wobei ein paar Kleinigkeiten noch verbessert werden könnten.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gute Betten, schöne Bäder. Alles klimatisiert, obwohl wir diese nicht benötigt haben.
Durch die verschiedenen Sitzgelegenheiten (überdachte Terrasse, Pool, Garten, Dachterrasse) kann man je nach Tageszeit die Sonne genießen. Von der Dachterrasse hat man auch Meerblick.

Erholsamer Urlaub in Peroj

Wir haben das Objekt für eine Woche Sommerurlaub gebucht, vier Erwachsene und zwei Kinder. Zunächst ist anzumerken, dass das Vermieterpärchen sehr nett und zuvorkommend ist und auch flexibel. Das Objekt liegt ein wenig versteckt in einer ruhigen Lage. Die Zimmer / Küche sind geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was benötigt wird. Die zusätzlichen "Attraktionen" wie Whirpool und Badewanne im Zimmer sind nett, werden wohl eher im Herbst genutzt.

Die Außenanlagen sind traumhaft, der Pool hat eine ansprechende Größe, war sauber, der Vermieter hat sich hier auch um die Reinigung gekümmert.

Wir würden wieder kommen, vielen Dank nochmal an Ireneo und seine Frau :)

Perfect

There are many houses for rent in the area but this is a real luxury Villa. Exceptional design, furniture, comfortable beds, wonderful bathrooms. The swimming pool is really big, the garden is very spacious, perfect for children. There are two terraces, the first one is a big covered terrace on ground floor, the second is a sun terrace on the first floor with a nice sea view. The owner is very nice and always available to help and provide all kind of information. We really enjoyed our holidays and will surely come back next year!
