This modern and very extensively equipped house Wiesengasse 21 of T&T Ferienresidenzen GmbH is located amidst the imposing mountains of the Zillertal. It offers on 146 sqm a comfortable accommodation for up to 9 people with 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub and shower, 1 bathroom / guest toilet with shower, 1 spacious living room with modern, fully equipped kitchen and dining area, as well as a sun terrace and on the staggered floor a wellness area (sauna) with about 30 sqm roof terrace. From here you have a fantastic view of the Zillertal and the mountain landscape. The accommodation is very close to the Fügen-Spieljoch ski area (400 m from Spieljochbahn ski lift) and is 2.5 km from the 18-hole golf course in the Zillertal and 1.3 km from the Erlebnistherme Zillertal, which is open all year round. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. Restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacy, stores, après-ski, ski school, etc. are within walking distance.
Parking directly at the house - 3 parking spaces are available for this, including 1 carport.

Our house Wiesengasse 19 can be booked for up to 7 guests. If both houses are available at the same time, both houses can be booked together for up to 16 guests. House 19 and house 21 are designed as a double house and are located on a common property. Private areas, however, separate both houses and thus grant each house a secluded privacy. Fügen is the ideal place for active vacationers, but also for people who are simply looking for peace and quiet. Numerous activities are offered here all year round. In addition to many shopping opportunities and restaurants that you can reach on foot, the Zillertal Erlebnistherme and the Spieljochbahn are particularly worth mentioning. The golf club Zillertal-Uderns with an 18-hole championship course is 2.5 km away. Train enthusiasts can cross the valley with the Zillertalbahn. The HolzErlebnisWelt "FeuerWerk" offers guided tours through the biomass cogeneration plant or you can watch cheese making at the Zillertal Heumilch Sennerei.

After repeated vacation trips with the family to Fügen, we have fallen more and more in love with the place and with the Zillertal and finally in 2021 founded the company T&T Ferienresidenzen with the two houses in Wiesengasse, built around 2017. The houses are used exclusively for tourist rental. We are with our family from time to time also a guest in Wiesengasse and then enjoy the place, as hopefully you do too! A truly ideal place to recharge your batteries, relax and discover the endless possibilities for a successful vacation. We look forward to your visit !
