Had a very nice holiday in the beautiful, spacious and well-equipped apartment. The gondola is 5 minutes with the ski bus that stops nearby the house. If too many people in the building take a shower at the same time, there is not enough hot water available, but this is completely inadequate to all the positive features of the house and the environment.

We were 2 families the first users. A beautiful new property which is indeed suitable for 8 to 10 people. Fresh, modern and furnished with light wood character. Good reception by Hans de Groot, and later a good service at a few teething problems in electricity field. With all the technical adjustments with snowmaking is now himself the lower Brixen snow sure! Wonderful slopes, authentic hangouts and welcoming hospitality. We will be back.

The Brixental valley is situated at an altitude of almost 800 meters above sea level. The highest peak in the Brixen municipality is the Fleiding with 1,892 meters above sea level. Due to the surrounding Kitzbühel Alps, Brixen has a north-facing location, which results in high precipitation throughout the year. Most rain falls in the months of June, July, and August when the thermometer rises to 24 °C. In the winter months, temperatures range between -6 and 3 °C – perfect for a ski holiday in Brixental.
