Spacious holiday apartment

We spent four days in autumn in this large and very clean vacation apartment. Communication with the landlord was problem-free and extremely friendly. The area is very beautiful, and with public transport, you can reach many gorges, mountain villages, and other lovely viewpoints. We really enjoyed our vacation here!

The Karwendel Mountains are perfect for family outings. The fresh mountain air and the alpine diversity of Upper Bavaria make staying in a vacation apartment appealing for mountaineers and climbers as well. Over 700 kilometers of well-maintained trails lead you past idyllic places and magnificent landscapes. You can choose which stunning mountain panorama to admire and in which mountain lake you would like to swim.

If you don't feel like hiking, you can also use the Karwendelbahn in Mittenwald. This cable car takes you to an altitude of 2244 meters all year round. In summer, you can use the cable car from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, and in winter from 9 AM to 4:15 PM. (As of August 2023)

Experienced skiers can then take the cable car to Germany's longest off-piste ski run, which guarantees challenge and excitement.

Great mountain biking routes can be found on the Transalp. Here, both beginners and professionals alike will enjoy longer tours.

Hikers should not miss the Isarweg. This trail takes you along the river from its source to the Isar Valley. It is also well suited for cyclists!

Garmisch-Partenkirchen is also a very popular destination. Here, Bavarian tradition meets international flair. The climatic health resort is known for its excellent skiing conditions in winter, as well as for its many recreational activities in other seasons.
