Our cosy house is situated in a sunny south-facing position with a wonderful panoramic view of the whole Zillertal.
Family-friendly atmosphere, ideal for summer and winter holidays, self-catering.

The Spieljoch ski area can be reached in minutes by car from Haus Bergheim. The skiing area Hochfügen/Hochzillertal can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is an illuminated toboggan run only 7 minutes away on foot.

Thermal baths, outdoor pools and bathing lakes: Wonderful outdoor pools and bathing lakes offer refreshment and lots of fun for young and old. There is a bathing lake in Schlitters with a beach volleyball court and plenty of space for children. The adventure park Aufenfeld in Aschau with many attractions such as skater park, western village, trampoline, etc., ... is considered a paradise for active water rats from near and far. The outdoor swimming pool with Erlebnistherme in Fügen invites you to action-packed slides - on Zillertal's longest water slide and many other activities. The new Badewelt in Stumm is cosy and has a large sunbathing lawn.
Hiking and climbing: Zillertal: The valley, located about 40 km east of Innsbruck, takes its name from the Ziller River. It is the most accessible Tyrolean side valley. The people who live here call it the 'most active valley in the world'. And that is no coincidence. Because incredible km of hiking trails and 850 km of cycling and mountain bike routes lead along clear streams in mountain and forest. Guided high mountain and climbing tours with experienced guides is something for all those who are looking for that very special challenge.

Location and surroundings of object
Our cosy house is situated in a sunny, quiet location with a wonderful panoramic view of the whole Zillertal. Our community Fügenberg stretches above Fügen over wide mountain slopes and narrow valleys of the Tuxer Voralpen. The districts of Fügenberg, Pankrazberg and Hochfügen belong to the community. The area lies largely on slopes. Two valleys reaching deep into the Tux Pre-Alps belong to the municipality, the Öxltal leading from Schlitters with the Kaunzalm and the Finsingtal with the hotel village of Hochfügen, situated at an altitude of about 1500 m, still partially belong to the municipality.
Fügenberg is a scattered settlement that was populated almost exclusively by farmers just a few decades ago. With the upswing of winter tourism, the situation has changed, the farms declined or are mostly run as sideline businesses.
The community is closely intertwined with Fügen in economic and cultural terms.

For passionate golfers, Lake Achensee offers two golf courses for the perfect 'tee-off'. The 18-hole golf course in Pertisau at the foot of the Karwendel mountains is one of the most beautiful courses in the Alpine region. The Golf- und Landclub Achensee, founded in 1934, is the oldest golf club in Tyrol and the second oldest in Austria. The dignified terrain structure as well as the wonderful location on Tyrol's largest lake make this course a true golfing jewel.
