Extremely friendly reception by the host and hostess. During our stay, they were able to provide us with all kinds of information, and they have good tips about the area. The apartment is spacious, clean, and cozy. Equipped with all comforts. The beds are comfortable. We had a super stay, even a real white Christmas!

Apartment in Hainzenberg near Ski Lift

We felt very comfortable as a large family group. The location of the Klammerhof is very good. The nearest ski area with a toboggan run at Gerlosstein is within walking distance, as well as the bus stop for the ski bus to the Zillertal Arena. There is also a ski rental on site. Although it was the end of the season (end of March/beginning of April), we had great snow and skiing conditions (Gerlosstein was only open for one more day, toboggan run already closed), especially in the Zillertal Arena. The furnishings of the holiday apartment were good; if something was missing, we always had the option to contact the host, and our requests were fulfilled. The beds were too soft for some in the group, but comfortable for most. A broken lamp by the bed could not be replaced quickly, and there were also shards on the floor. That was not so pleasant, but it did not affect our stay. Gitti, the hostess, was always helpful, very friendly, and personally accessible.

We had an amazing time in the apartment in Hainzenberg! The spacious layout was perfect for our family of four, and the kids loved the playground outside. It's a quiet place, but still close to great ski slopes in Zillertal Arena. I highly recommend it for families!
