Description

Holiday house Krase is located in the village of the same name in central Istria, near Svetvinčent. The house offers an unforgettable vacation with family or friends in a completely isolated location, on the edge of the village. Guests have at their disposal two bedrooms and a living room for sleeping. The maximum number of people is 6. The bedrooms are connected by internal stairs, Important note: the bedroom on the ground floor and the bedroom in the attic (two separate beds) are not separated by a wall and a door. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard kitchen appliances. A beautiful covered terrace with a table for chilling and deckchairs next to the private pool will delight the visitors of this beautiful, carefully decorated holiday home. Pets are welcome, with an additional charge on the spot. The pool is additionally heated in April and May and in September and October.

Location and surroundings of object

Svetvinčenat is located in the central part of Istria, on the Pazin-Pula road, surrounded by forests, meadows, vineyards, the widely known castle of the Grimani family, churches and a beautiful bell tower. The place is only 20 kilometers from the sea and the town of Rovinj. Svetvinčenat is a small place with cafes, restaurants, pizzerias and a mini market. Cultural events and festivals during the summer are widely known and very well attended by guests staying in Istria.

Here you have everything you need for a super nice and relaxing holiday. The hosts also ALWAYS have an open ear.

We enjoyed every second of this holiday and want to come back in 2021.
