This beautiful villa, located on an 11,000 m² property, is situated in the charming village of Kanfanar, just 18 km from Rovinj. Villa Deni can accommodate up to 5 people, ensuring the highest privacy and comfort. A special advantage of the villa is the absence of neighbors, while restaurants, shops, and the village center are only 2 to 3 kilometers away. The house consists of an air-conditioned living room, kitchen, and dining room with access to the outdoor pool. There are two bedrooms with double beds and TV. A fifth person can sleep on the pull-out sofa. There is a large bathroom with double sinks and a washing machine, as well as an additional guest toilet. The house has a total of 3 air conditioners. The outdoor area features a large property with a 32 m² pool, four lounge chairs, and a sunshade. A covered outdoor patio invites you to barbecue with family and friends. Two bicycles are available for exploring the area, and there is a swing and a slide for children. Private parking for your cars is also provided.
